After
our meeting I will develop a formal estimate
or bid. The bid will include a flat fee,
which is based on how many hours it will
take to complete all phases of the project.
Even though the final price is based on
an hourly rate, it is a flat fee that will
not increase unless the scope of the project
is drastically changed. The estimate will
also include a schedule with various deliverable
dates.

I will fax it to you for your review. To
approve the estimate, you simply sign the
first page (which includes the total prices
and schedule of deliverables) and fax it
back to me.

Your
project is booked and time is reserved on
my schedule. Now the fun begins as we work
together to develop a custom site for your
organization.
