Real Estate Closings.  Buying or Selling a home is probably the largest single transaction most people will ever enter into in their lives, yet so many do so without the proper legal guidance, and end up regretting it later.  As your legal representation in the purchase or sale of a home, I will review the Sales Contract to ensure it is fair (most form contracts are skewed one way or the other), I will order and review the evidence of title to be provided to the buyer, prepare the documents relating to the transfer of the property, and arrange for the satisfaction of your existing mortgages.  I will clear normal title objections and reconcile all financial aspects of the transaction.  Finally, I will attend the closing to make sure the transfer takes place smoothly.
