Design Elements

Event titles were  first used on the souvenir sheet issued in 1926 for the International Philatelic Exhibition (Scott 630).   All subsequent souvenir sheets have all had event titles.  Starting with the CIPEX in 1966, most souvenir sheets contain illustrations as well as text.
