Marginal Markings Committee Banners |

Banners have been added to panes to identify either events or commemorative issues. They have no postal value but serve to enhance the packaging of the product. These two types are another form of marginal marking.
A. Event titles are found on souvenir sheets.
B. Decorative Banners are now the standard for panes of commerative stamps.
