- 1 x 10" combo
My first real amp, a 1992 Peavey Studio Pro 110. Not bad, but not real loud either. Bought new in early 1993 ($200); sold in late 1999 ($100).

- Even if you don't gig out a lot, it's a good idea to check and/or replace the high-stress screws in your amps and speaker cabs, especially for used gear. In this image I tried to illustrate the rusted, bent, and/or stripped out chassis screws and amp handle screws from three of my amps. It also couldn't hurt to replace cab handle screws and speaker mounting screws if needed. If you do decide to replace any screws, ALWAYS be sure to use stainless steel screws (as opposed to the cheaper zinc screws); stainless steel won't rust and is less likely to strip out, and also provides superior strength. If you can't find the specific size you need at yr local hardware store, check McMaster-Carr.
