1 egg
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups of flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
Melt butter and add brown sugar; dissolve well. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Add milk, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix and drop by teaspoons-full onto a greased

Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
chocolate chips
Mix it all together. Roll into 1 inch balls
then flatten with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.
Bake at 350 on a cookie sheet lined with foil and
sprayed w/non-stick spray. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, which seems long, I know. I say w/the first batch watch them starting at about 10 minutes,
that will give you your time.
He always doubles the recipe as it doesn't make much
and trust me, they are so delicious, you won't believe
they were so easy. And the bonus is, they're gluten-free,
which works out great for me, as my nephew, as well as
someone else in my life, are both on gluten-free diets.
Enjoy    his is a recipe my husband got
