Jerry AKA “Bill Collins” : Drums and Vocals!

Jerry started playing drums at the age of 12, while his mother played guitar for parties and such Jerry was learning how to have fun and get better at what he loved to do, play drums, and not just bang on them either. He got good at it and started playing in school.

He hadn’t been playing long when his mother bought him his first drum set.

When Jerry started the 6th grade he started right in playing drums with out learning how to play the piano. His band teacher thought that he didn’t need to play the piano because he had such good rhythm in him.

After graduating from high school, Jerry and his sister started their own band and played country and rock and roll.

He has been in and out of bands before deciding to start his own band, Nashville Pipeline. With a great guitar player and violin player, they made one of the best bands in the valley.

After having fun with Nashville Pipeline, he left there and went into retirement to spend with his wife Lisa. They spent their time camping and just having fun.

Jerry started playing with another band after 2 years off, but decided that band wasn’t his cup of tea and left after a short stay of 2 ½ years.

Jerry has been in great bands such as Fox, Blue Desert and Nashville Pipeline.

Jerry loves to play and sing. He’s often said “there’s nothing better than playing with guys you love to work and play with, everything just feels better when everyone knows how to play their instrument”.

The only thing Jerry wants to make sure of when he plays is that everyone has a great time and enjoys their music.
