The Illinois Postal Historian is published quarterly by the Illinois Postal History Society, 5336 W. Belle Plaine, Chicago IL 60641 USA. Subscription price for non-members is $12.00 per year, or $3.00 per single copy. A year's subscription is included in membership in the Illinois Postal History Society.
