On October 20, 2007 the Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute concert took place in Jacksonville Florida to honor the original Lynyrd
Skynyrd members who died in a plane crash in 1977. Ronnie Van Zant, the founder of Lynyrd Skynyrd, was killed on the fateful
day, along with two other members--Steve and Cassie Gaines. Thirty years later his two nephews, my husband Robbie Morris and
his brother Ronnie Morris, and their band, played at the concert to honor their uncle along with two other bands.
Interestingly, the concert took place at the former "Little Brown Jug" -- the bar that inspired Ronnie Van Zant to write
"Gimme Three Steps".
Below are two pictures taken at the concert. I know some of you believe in "Orbs"--as many people believe they represent
loved ones who have passed. And of course many of you do not believe that. I have no opinion one way or the other, but found
these photos interesting as they are three of many digital photos taken in succession--and are the only three with "Orbs".
The song playing at the time was "Freebird" which quickly became Ronnie Van Zant's and Lynyrd Skynyrd's signature song. No
orbs appeared in photos of other bands present at the concert. Hmmm... Who knows what they are. I do know one thing... "Skynyrd"
fans had a terrific time.

Compiled clip of concert below. Taken with a tiny camera--so not terrific quality, and noise of the "fans" detracts from
the audio... but you'll get the idea:-)
Below you can order my husband Robbie and Johnny VanZant's songs and Ringtones. My husband played drums for Johnny for 16+
years in their national act, "The Johnny VanZant Band". Robbie signed a record contract in October 2009.
