The original LG4 engine left much to be desired in the way of straight-line
acceleration. The new engine still needs some tuning done to it, and I think
its leaning out down the track. The timeslips were a little light to scan, so
you will just have to take my word for it. This was the second time my dad
had the car out to the track, was driven on street tires.

The weather the day these runs were made was just terrible, it was over 100. With some
minor effort and decent weather, I'm sure 13's won't be a problem. Stepping up to larger
injectors and new fuel lines is the the next step.
New injectors (30#) are in. The weather was a little better on the recent run I added, but still warm. So much for 13's being a problem. 12's are next up on the hit list. For those curious folk, the motor has not been modified since the other runs, just a ported stock intake, exhaust change, and some tuning. Cam, heads, block, etc. are all the same.
