Standard Equipment Prep/Advice
1) Bring TWO of Everything! Cameras, flashes, batteries-x2, film-x2, etc
2) Check ALL equipment the day "b4" the wedding!
3) Never leave your exposed film laying around. Keep on your person.
Some Standard Possible Shoot Preperations
0) double-check with minister about shooting/flash during ceremony!
1) have an assistant: helps with arranging people & dress-train,
lighting if you use stands/etc, carries equip.
2) use a wedding-relative for getting needed guests for a pose.
3) bring along handkerchiefs for sweats, mints for breath.
4) case the chapel and reception places -before- the date; select lighting
and shot-angles.
5) have cheat-sheet of names, maps/addresses/phone# of people
and the places you need to be (for emergencies).
6) during ceremony: stand up-front middle at beginning for pix, then
at front but one side or other to get best possible shots of ceremony.
Plan to shoot grooms-group b4 the wedding; allow about 20 minutes at most.
If possible ... shoot the bride party b4 the wedding too!!
all other formals should only take 45-60 minutes, right after the wedding.
shoot several shots of each pose!
