The
feminine body is a divine temple,
our
own divine temple,
and should be revered as such.
Confident energy that radiates from the inside
is true beauty and power. The most exciting aspect
of my work is when a client makes progress or achieves her goal and to hear their stories of success. I have a client who silently thanks me when she gets a compliment on her appearance. I have another client who danced during most of a Bar Mitzbah instead of overeating the way she used to. Prior to working with me she did not have the cardiovascular endurance or coordination
skills to dance. Now she enjoys movement and dance (more than food).
The legacy I like to leave
with my clients is the beliefs, experience and success of health, strength and vitality.
