SADHANA is our spiritual practice. In the yoga tradition of direct
experience, it means having an active practice which can take many different forms. Practice/experience is different from
understanding or faith, although they can both be valuable as well. Our evolution occurs on the level of our whole being (higher
mind), not primarily the thinking mind. It also progresses at our own level and rate of understanding.

The different branches and schools of yoga, coupled with an individual's
own temperament provide a variety of forms for practice. All paths eventually lead to the same place. And yoga gives us a
rich philosophy with which to process and integrate our experience.
