As many of you know, on January 3rd 2007, Benjamin was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma (Bone Cancer) in his right arm. 2007 then became a year
of hospital appointments and doctors visits, of chemotharapy and home medication and most of all of highs and lows. We made it through together though and at the end of the year Ben completed all of his
chemotherapy and as far as the tests indicate, he has no re-occuring growths and appears to be cancer free!! His leg is doing good and his arm is recovering well. We have an appointment next week with
his surgeon to check it out and see if the bones have connected now and if they have, for the first time in a year, he may have an arm with no brace or cast again! So, fingers crossed, we are on our way again!
In the meantime, both kids have been growing like weeds and with his treatment over, Ben's hair is returning rapidly. So we thought it was
time to at least share some up to date pictures of them both with you all. With the way things have been going I make no promises, but now I would hope to get back to filing these updates a little more often.
