It is a little over 1200 sq ft, featuring 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and sitting area and the other with a double bed; bathroom with double sinks and double shower heads, washer/dryer; dining area and kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker and gas range/oven.  It is also fully stocked as are our other rentals.  All the appliances are pretty new here.

 

The living room is actually 2 rooms in one, with 3 couches, 2 of which are hide a beds, and an electric lift chair.The TV area, desk and woodstove are in one part, and there is a separate sitting area away from the TV area in the living room as well. 

 

Pillows and Blankets are also furnished at this rental as in our other places.   Coffee and tea are furnished as well.

 

There is a large deck that looks out over Protection Island and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. We have a picnic set on the large deck and a bistro set on the smaller side deck, as well as chaise lounges for relaxing and getting some sun in the summer.

 

There is a DVD/VHS player, stereo system with 5 disc CD player, and we have cable TV as well as WIFI access.

 

Eagle View is about a block from the public boat ramp, and access to great beachcombing.  This rental is one block from Discovery View Cottage.

 

Eagle View rents for $70.00 for 2 people during the off season, and for $75.00 in season. It is $95.00 off season for 3 - 4 people, and $100.00 for 3 - 4 people.  Extra guests above that number are $10.00 each all year long. This rate is for guests bringing their own linens.  Guests who are unable or do not wish to bring lines can use ours for a one-time fee of $25.00 for up to 4 people. There is a refundable $50.00 cleaning fee - list and supplies provided and check is not cashed unless we have to clean. 

 

The season times and stay requirements are similar to those of Discovery

View with a 4 night minimum for the months of July and August.  We keep a 3 night minimum for May, June and September, and 2 night minimum for the rest of the year.  When there are spaces between visits that are shorter than our minimum stay requirements, we do rent out those shorter time periods - check with us for availability of those short-stay nights.  There are also cheaper rates for weekly and monthly stays. During Hood Canal bridge closure (May 1 - June ???  2009) we are offering our off-season rates.
