This is CSC 7160, a Graduate level Computer Science required course. This
course presents an in-depth introduction to state-of-the-art interactive
computer graphics algorithms, with emphasis on the GKS standard. 2-D and
3-D viewing, clipping and geometric modeling are studied, along with raster
extensions, and mathematical algorithms. At the end of this course, the
student will have written a useable GKS subroutine package, several simple
device drivers, application programs to demonstrate correct behavior, and
a full set of User Documentation. Pre-requisites are described in the course
syllabus.
