We will, as has become traditional, mark this holiday by activities including—but not limited to—the following:

We consume Hot Spiced Cider, Mulled Wine, Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, Pumpkin Donuts, and my Famous Venison & Black Bean Chili (except for John, who abstains from chili for religious reasons).

* We have been known to play AD&D, discuss politics and literature, watch Monty Python movies, attempt to set fire to John’s leg hair, watch Sigourney Weaver movies, put more booze in John’s drink when he’s not looking, watch suspense movies, eat pizza, hit each other with relatively soft objects, deliberately cause the neighbors to believe us insane, get slightly drunk (or in John’s case VERY drunk, although it wasn’t his fault because I kept refilling his glass by stealth), and, on at least one occasion, get married the next morning.
