Larry Smith is a retired lieutenant from the San Diego Police Department (CA) and has over 40 years law enforcement and security training experience. His training skills are a product of 34 years experience as a police officer and 20 years practicing AIKIDO, a Japanese Martial Art. His training bring these two components together to master arrest and control techniques.
