CENTER OF LIGHT Dr Papillon has formed The Center of Light in Los Angeles so that the restless can find peace, the lonely can find caring and support, the depressed can find renewed strength, and all can find a place to rest their Souls.

PURPOSE AND MISSION

The Center of Light, a ministry in the midst of Los Angeles that embraces the heart, the essence, of all religions, every tradition and contradicts none of them, provides unlimited doorways for radical transformation.   The Center shines Light on all the dark places in the self, corporations, congregations, prisons, relationships, and institutions.   It came into being to restore and maintain wellness of Mind, Body and Spirit in all who yearn for this kind of reclamation.

Those who enter will come from every area of the city, struggling with deep emptiness or a profound sense of alienation from life, from themselves and others.   They may also come from domestic abuse, homelessness or chronic illness.   Most will be challenged by what has prevented them from being able to reach their highest possibilities.   All will come bringing with them a profound desire to grow in their awareness and understanding of their unique path to God in order to enable their Divine purpose to effortlessly unfold.   Ultimately, they will come to know that the Way, the Truth and the Light is within them.

COMMITMENT AND INTENTION

The intention of The Center of Light is Holistic in nature. It has the power to change lives, the power to awaken all to who they fully are.   Those who enter will be unified by their commonly voiced understanding that they are now taking a quantum leap forward in their evolutionary development as they make a dramatic shift in their world view.   They will become, as the founder has, a "paradigm pioneer." New doors will be opened into a higher dimension, an expanded perspective, beyond what they even could ever have imagined their lives could be.

This new world view involves seeing one's self, others, the corporation, really all of life, not through the eyes of one's earthly self that lives in time but rather through the eyes of the timeless Soul, the Essence, the True Self.   The ultimate commitment of the Center is to re-connect people with their essential Being and have them express from this extraordinary Divine place within the ordinary physical world.   This state is simply one's natural state of "felt" oneness with Being.   It is an avenue of connectedness with something immeasurable and indestructible, something that is essentially one's Essence and yet simultaneously much greater than that Essence.

The Center of Light will offer not only sliding scale psychotherapy, but spiritual guidance, all kinds of seminars, relationship groups, parenting classes, parent-child reconnections, foster children reconciliations, adoption ministry, divorce recovery, training for therapists interested in integrating spirituality and psychology into their practice, grief and loss issues, a dream-catchers community, addiction relief, crisis restoration courses, unimprisoning inner splendor experiences, rediscovering immense creativity exercises, career transformations (what is your Life Walk now?) and many disciplines such as meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, nutrition - all designed to treat the Mind, Body and Soul as one.   No aspect of a person's life will be left unaddressed.

Another aspect of The Center of Light is the "rescue organizations" program.   Dr. Papillon developed this ministry to provide corporations, churches, institutions and other entities Soul restoration in a number of critical areas.   With her gift of cutting through heavy layers of resistance and of reaching that place where one already knows, she and her staff can move large numbers to a point where truth can be recognized when it is heard.   Many different strategies have been developed to bring a heightened aliveness, a revitalizing energy to all present for this rescue opportunity.   Such direction will include assessments for "stuck" employees, transformative communication trainings, efficacy seminars and bridges constructed between where an organization is to unimagined expansion of perspectives.
