Reservations

Reservations are confirmed with receipt of the deposit of $200, the same price regardless of intended occupancy.

There is a $25 free for all returned checks.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits are fully refunded if you cancel your reservations 30 days, or more, in advance of scheduled arrival.

Deposits made for reservations that include Holiday dates will only be refunded in full 60 days or more, prior to arrival.

$100 of the deposit will returned if you cancel your reservations on or after 15 days and before 30 days of arrival. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before guests' scheduled arrival.

Rates, Fees and Taxes

All Season Rate is $150/night

Special HolidayRate is $180/night
