Agenda 4: Effective Urban Development and Management


This agenda addresses the need to logically plan a more proactive urban development and management strategy to cope with the demands of urbanization. It revolves around the formulation of an urban development and management framework and allows the framework to magnify itself into other management concerns such as structures, policies, planning, and capacity development.
