Agenda 3: Rational Use of Land Resources


This agenda seeks to provide a policy framework for the rational and just allocation, utilization, management and development of land resources to ensure their optimum use consistent with the principles of sustainable development. Increases in urban land supply shall be encouraged without compromising environmental integrity.
