Fairvale Provenance

The title, Fairvale, was suggested to Katie Glicksberg and Frankie Santoro by its use in the opening sequence of the film Psycho (1960):

MARION:
(embracing him) Oh Sam, let's get married! (They kiss.)

SAM:
Yeah. And live with me in a storeroom behind a hardware store in Fairvale. We'll have lots of laughs. I tell you what. When I send my ex-wife alimony you can lick the stamps.

MARION:
I'll lick the stamps.
