UMass Basketball took a beating in '98-'99. To paraphrase Rowdy Roddy Piper in the epic film "They Live", this year's team is ready to chew some bubble gum and kick some ass... and they are all out of bubble gum. And oh yeah... the football team won a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.

Wicked Pissah Irish Internet Guide
In the spirit of the alleged "Peace Agreement", I have toned down the pro-IRA rhetoric. There are still plenty of links to Guinness and other such stereotypical things. I hope I'm wrong, but my guess is that the peace will last about as long as Len Bias' stint with the Celtics.
Every once in a while, a random Netizen drops me a line which I feel merits publication. Here's a sampling of some of the better correspondence I've received.
8/31 - Information about the Webmaster's upcoming standup comedy performance with the legendary David Brenner is available on the Standup Homepage. Special incentives are available for Wicked Pissah Website readers.
8/19 - Again, no real updates. Just some revised info about upcoming stand-up appearances. In all honesty, the driving force behind most updates to this page are the nasty letters sent by you, the reader. If you want to see some new stuff on here, send me an angry letter and I'll update the page just to please you. No, seriously... I will.
7/2 - Okay, I apologize for the long period with minimal updates. To make matters worse, the "update" is really just a shameless self-promotion blurb. I will be doing a stand-up performance at Nick's Comedy Stop in Boston (right by the Wang Center) on July 9th at 9:00pm, . For ticket info., call (617) 423-2900. Anyone who I don't know personally and comes up to me after the show and mentions "The Wicked Pissah Website" will receive a shiny new quarter (while supplies last). 2/4 - I've added Opinion Polls on both the Bostonians in Exile page and the front page. There are enough people coming through this site these days that I figured I should make it more "interactive". I'm also keeping track of what countries people are surfing in here from on my Global Conquest page. (FYI: The Republic of Lowell is still technically part of the United States, so it won't be listed there).
1/22- The Bird vs. Jordan comparison is available for public review. It's about time people knew the truth about Larry Legend. He is the rightful "air" to the throne of "Greatest Player in NBA History". I also updated the Bostonians in Exile page.
