Gallery Manager (internship)
Central Shih Yu-Lang YMCA, San Francisco, CA: November 2008 - present
This internship started out with curating photo exhibitions for special events and lectures, but ended up with my creating and running an entire gallery due to popular demand.

The Atrium Gallery is located on the third floor of Shih Yu-Lang YMCA. It was previously abandoned office space, which I converted into a gallery from scratch. The main gallery space and one adjacent room showcase photos from the building's 100 year history. The Memories Corner shows projections of oral histories collected from long-time members. The Member's Gallery contains original artwork from members. The Youth Gallery houses a mural in progress and art from their youth program which has also been installed by youth.
