The Middletown Township Historical Society was founded in 1968 to research, collect, preserve, interpret and exhibit manuscripts, artifacts, photographs, art work and publications related to the history of the township of Middletown, the county of Monmouth, the state of New Jersey, selected areas of American history, and the residents who made it all happen.
