James was born at Victoria, BC and died at Victoria, BC. Sarah was born in Newcastle, Northumberland, England and died at Victoria, BC. Sarah May Strong was buried at Hatley Memorial Gardens.

James (age 23) and Sarah (age 21) were married at Victoria, BC. Their wedding announcement can be found in the Victoria Daily Times of August 2nd, 1915 on page 6.

Ralph Ord Strong was buried at Ross Bay Cemetery, Plot M 48 E 4.

The death records of James and Sarah were signed by "R. Strong", a son.

Discrepancies:
According to their marriage record she was Mary Sarah Ord, daughter of Charles and Elizabeth Ord. According the James' death record she was Sarah May Ord Lockley. According to her own death record she was Sarah May Strong. According to their son's death record she was May Sarah Ord. I prefer to use Sarah May because that's the way she signed her marriage cetificate.

According to Sarah's death record her father was listed as "N.K." Ord. Does this mean "Not Known"? Also, her mother is listed as Isabel.

James' death record lists his father as Rodger Strong.
