NOSEWORTHY, Emily M. - (Newhook) Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Wednesday, July 4, 2001, Emily M. Noseworthy. Aged 79 years. Predeceased by her husband Herbert, 1998. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, her daughters: Jean Baker (Jasper), Tennessee and Alma O'Toole (Leo); son David (Margo); grandchildren: Daphne Robertson (Gregg), Darlene Meadus (Roy), Derrick O'Toole (Miranda), Donny O'Toole (Dawn), Emma Noseworthy, Hannah Noseworthy, all of St. John's and Warren Cable (Rhonda), Debbie Favila (Joe David) and Angie Cable, all of Texas; five great-grandchildren; two brothers: Hayward (Bessie), Norman's Cove and Reg (Charlotte), Toronto; also a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, from 10 a.m. - 10 pm. Thursday and Friday; and 10 a.m. - 12 noon Saturday. Funeral Service to be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 7, 2001 from Gower Street United Church. Interment to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gower Street United Church, Restoration Fund. July 05, 2001

NOSEWORTHY, Herbert - Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Saturday, June 13, 1998 Herbert Noseworthy. Aged 82 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife Emily; daughters: Jean Baker (Jasper) of Tennessee, Alma O'Toole (Leo); son David (Margo); grandchildren: Daphne Robertson (Gregg), Darlene Meadus (Roy), Derrick O'Toole, Donny O'Toole, Emma Noseworthy, all of St. John's, and Warren Cable (Rhonda), Debbie Favila (Joe David), Angie Cable, all of Texas; five great-grandchildren; one brother Harry (Pansy); also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue after 7 p.m. Sunday. Funeral Service 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, 1998 from Gower Street United Church. Interment to follow at General Protestant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Gower Street United Church, Restoration Fund.
