The Ross Bay (BC) Cemetery Search at http://web.city.victoria.bc.ca/archives/rosssearch.asp says Andrew Strong was born in Scotland and is buried in Block N, Plot 34 W Q. The birth place must be a mistake because census records and his death record say he was born in Newfoundland.
