The 1921 Census for Purcells Harbour says she was born in August 1858.
John Holwell reported she was born in 1861 and died April 19, 1943.
The Twillingate Sun, October 26, 1883, lists their marriage: "At the same place,
on the same day, by the same [At Little Harbor, on the 22nd Oct., by Rev. F. R.
Duffill] Mr. Peter Anstey, to Miss Rosanna James, both of Purcell's Harbor."
David Jeans reported her maiden name was Jeans.
The headstones of Peter and
Rosanna are in the United Church Cemetary at Little Harbour.
