The 1921 Census for Jackson's Cove says she was born in June 1888.

Wallace was born, died and buried at Jackson's Cove. Sadie was born at Jackson's Cove. They were first cousins who married at Jackson's Cove. He was a fisherman, she was a domestic servant.
