It has kichenettes, but the rooms are rather small with oversized furniture that doesn't quite fit (except in the handicapped rooms). Continental breakfast served; very nice pool area with BBQ. Near airport, but the noise wasn't too bad. It's walking distance from a mall, but otherwise nothing much in the area, unless you count the "Gentlemen's Club" right in the parking lot in front. Bern's Steak House 1208 S Howard Ave Tampa, FL 33606 Phone: 813-251-2421	A one-of-a-kind restaurant in Tampa. They raise all of their own vegetables on a farm in Tampa. They age their beef on the property. They have tanks of fish in the kitchen to prepare fresh for the evening sittings. They have a massive wine collection and an entire "Dessert Room." Tours of the kitchen are available if you ask your server. This is the type of restaurant where waiters are proud of their jobs, actually their careers, and they earn their tips. Amazing Delmonico steaks, baked potatoes as big as your foot, great creamed spinach (my favorite meal combo). They usually have a pretty good wine list and some nice desserts as well.
