Chiropractors: Not exactly someone you want to find out of the yellow pages.

I avoided chiropractic treatment for four months because I was leery of going to someone new, but that wasn't a good idea
either. I finally gave in when we were in Ottawa last summer, and happily had a great experience. I've been pretty lucky since
then. If you have any great chiropractors you've seen, be sure to share the info.

The doctor recommended to us on our city sheets was a 45 minute drive from downtown, so I found this doctor, who was only
a couple of miles away, about a $6.00 cab ride each way. Dr. Greco is covered by CIGNA. I was having some pretty bad headaches
because my neck was out of whack, so I was desperate for an adjustment. And I got one. He is a pretty aggressive adjuster.
He cracked my from the tips of my fingers to the tips of my toes and everywhere in between. He cracked my clavicle! I have
never had that done. So unless you're really used to chiropratic adjustment, I don't know if I'd go here. Again, he was very
good and my headaches stopped almost immediately. He lso placed a follow-up call to me to see how I was doing. I appreciated
that since I wasn't even a regular patient. I saw him twice in the week I was there.

I was recommended to this doctor by the chiropractor in Memphis. Dr. Auerbach has a nice office in the Turtle Creek/Uptown
area of Dallas. An accommodating office, with a lovely staff, I went here three times for adjustments. Know that she is a
pretty aggressive adjuster, but that's what I need for my back. They have a full therapy area with a roller table, electrical
stimulation, and a traction table. While in town I had a set of x-rays done (see CityDoc Listing, Dallas) and she found the
place for me and gave me some additional exercises based on the x-rays. I would highly recommend her. They take CIGNA.

This was the doctor on our city sheet. He isn't your regular bone cruncher; he uses the "Activator Method" (that
silver metal thing that looks kind of like a syringe). I saw him for my shoulder problem and while some of what he did helped,
it wasn't what I needed at the time. If you are used to this kind of treatment, he was very nice and willing to help out.

New office opened about a month before we were there. Open treatment areas, very nice and clean. Office assistant, Ashley.
I really liked the doctor. I went three times for adjustments. Still unclear if they are part of CIGNA or not, but an office
visit is only $50.00. He is located just across the courthouse square from the Sleep Inn and SpringHill Suites, and down the
street from the Doubletree, so I think it was worth it rather than taking a $20.00 cab ride to get to a CIGNA-covered office.
I will just apply it to my deductible.

This office was recommended to me by the doctor in West Palm Beach. Dr. Catalfo is a former wrestler who was really knowledgeable
about shoulder injuries and allayed a lot of my concerns. He also gave me several exercises to help out with my shoulder problem.

As I mentioned above, this was the first chiropractor I saw on the road, and I really lucked out. His office staff was
great, the office itself was lovely, and the doctor was just terrific. He had coincidentally seen the show a few days before
I came into the office. After he met me, he commented that he had wondered if I was really favoring my hip and knee or if
it was just part of the act. I appreciated that. This doctor had set up a touring company of Cats with x-rays and a portable
file to use while they traveled across Canada. He gave me several recommendations for the cities we hit in the ensuing weeks.

CIGNA office; located just a few blocks from the William Penn Hotel where I was staying. Dr Chad was very friendly and
the office was very flexible in setting up some time for me. I went in a couple of times that week. They have a therapy area
including massage, electrical stim, traction, etc.

This was the office we were referred to on our city sheet. While the doctor was fine (not Dr Steinhardt, but the junior
associate in the office, it seemed), I just didn't care for the office itself. My initial exam was in a semi-storage room,
and I just didn't like the feel of the place. Now this may be just me, but I really believe that an office space is a reflection
of the doctor, and this office didn't give me much confidence.

This was a nice office. I went here for treatment after falling on my shoulder. They have massage within the office as
well as Chiropractic. This doctor did a slightly different type of manipulation called ???. A couple of other cast mates came
here as well.
