Welcome to Living Cycads Nursery.

 Living Cycads is a conservation-oriented nursery owned and
operated by Karen and Paul Sternberg. Both of us are totally
dedicated to cycads. Our nursery has been built with a single
focus on cycads. We study each species we acquire to determine
its best growing conditions. Our goal is to offer many species of
well-grown, healthy, affordable cycads.

We hope you enjoy our updated, descriptive listings. Our seedling
and small plant listing contains a wide array of species ranging
from the super rare and more difficult to find to the not so rare
and yet still captivating cycads. Our large plant listing contains
species of those cycads most frequently found as landscape plants.
Palms go together well with cycads. Our third listing emphasizes
palms that complement a cycad garden and that do not require
humid, tropical conditions in order to thrive.
