On Suicide, Judgement, and Heavens Gate

This is a letter adressing the concerns of one of the members of The Circle Of Light.

This topic came very close to causing an internal rupture in my Cyber Family. Half thought it was fine, half thought it was a tragedy.

Hi SoulTeach...

One of the things I have learned about judgement is this:

We use things till they no longer serve us, then move on from there. In other words... If judging things serves you....if you are growing and learning because of your judgments.... continue... when it no longer serves you, and has become a thing that you would be better served by releasing... then by all means take what ever actions you find appropriate.

One of the scriptures in the bible says: "A spiritual man judges all things spiritually".... well... Most people argue that this is an exuse to judge our brothers and sisters... some will tell you that it means to judge situations... not people.

Ya'll know how different i am , lol, so this is what i feel it means...

Only judge things when you are in Spirit... in other words.... if you are arguing with your mate, and your thinking in terms of divorce, (or suicide).... wait and make your decision until your in Spirit, ... until you remember and can feel your love again. Then, in full balance and harmony...decide what no longer serves you, and go from there.

To your second question...

"I am just wondering what buttons were pushed to cause this type of reaction.? "

Well...it was the suicide/abuse button, hehehe

As about 99% of those on this list have been abused... it's a sore topic.

Generally speaking, 99% of abuse victims have had, or continue to have thoughts of suicide. It's a constant fight for many to find enough reasons to stay alive. More a matter of why NOT commit suicide. Often finding one reason to stay alive is a challenging task.

Some people fight, or have fought so hard to stay alive, that they get scared and mad at people that actually go ahead and do it. Especially if they themselves have come through it, and not killed themselves.

Then of course there's that deeply buried fear of "What if I'm wrong?"... "What if there is a hell?"... or "What if I get reborn tomorrow and have to go through this whole mess again????..." and in that sense, we are "not committing" suicide for the "wrong" reasons,(i.e fear based reasons). So on a much deeper level... we bury those emotions and fears..

When a group of people similar to "us" goes ahead and does it... It brings up all those issues, and we freak.

After all, we worked so hard to stay alive....and we seem to have done it, then someone goes and does the very thing that we have worked so hard to avoid, and it not only scares us, it pisses us off.

Peace to you all...
