New Student Application Process

The steps required from a new student applying for acceptance at LCHA  are as follows:

 

1) Carefully read our Admissions Policy.

 

2) Review our Mission and Statement of Faith.

 

3) If you agree completely with our Admissions Policy, Mission, and Statement of Faith, please print and complete our New Student Application.

 

4) Make your non-refundable application check payable to 'LCHA'.

 

5) Send your completed and signed application form check to:
