- they are attending LCHA for the first time ever
- they have not attended LCHA in the past 12 months
- they have been asked to leave LCHA in the past due to discipline
issues or violations of LCHA policy

If your child was enrolled in LCHA as a student last year and is in good standing, then this student is "returning" and is only required to register for the new school year. A new application and approval process is not necessary. More about registering here.
