As we strive towards excellence in education, character development, and a relationship with our Creator, we face the same needs and challenges as other organizations. We highlight below three areas where your generosity can make a positive impact on teenagers and their families.
Help by Teaching or Volunteering
LCHA is about people first and foremost and about our students specifically. The relationship of our students with their parents, instructors, and others becomes stronger when dedicated, Christ-minded people invest their life in these young men and young ladies. That is why we are always looking for instructors, organizers, field trip and entertainment coordinators, chaperones, fund raisers, and prayer warriors who believe that the gift of time is incalculable.
Help by Providing Specific Items
We also need equipment and supplies. Sometimes our needs are very specific and we are grateful for items in good, usable condition whether they are new or pre-owned. Our list of current equipment and supply needs can be found here.
Help by Donating Funds
Monetary donations, bequests, and scholarships are also helpful for administrative expenses, unexpected emergencies, struggling families, and other costs that arise. LCHA is a non-profit organization and, in most instances, your donations are tax deductible.
