Steps to Take:

 

1.  Sign and fax back to us a Cooperating Broker Agreement [Link Here] -
 Fax it to: 973-300-5486.

 

2. Have your Client complete our simple pre-qualification form [Link Here] -

 Fax it to: 973-300-5486.

 

We also need contact information for the Client's local lawyer, banker and accountant.
We will fax back an acknowledgement of receipt of your fax.

 

3.  Then call us at 1-973-300-1519.

 If we can help, we will email you our standard agency agreement for our client.

 

4. Have your Client complete our standard Commercial Mortgage Agency Agreement -

 Fax it to: 973-300-5486.

 

5. Work with us as we bring our mutual Client through the process.

 

6. Here is a list of documentation typically required by the lender - [Link Here].

Cooperating Broker Override Program:  If you introduce another Cooperating Broker who enters into a Cooperating Broker letter of understanding with us, the standard override provision of the agreement provides you with an Override Fee based on the fees that Cooperating Broker generates.
