Well, Summer went by a bit too quickly and never really felt like Summer! Who says the earth isn't changing? The North Pole is turning into a giant lake, the Ross Ridge that hangs out over the ocean at the South Pole is cracking piece by piece, and the ozone hole is the biggest it has ever been! More volcanos are spitting up in one month now than in a decade before. Our Solar Storms web page (linked from www.lifespirit.org) has links to much information about these phenomena -- including some real time or near real time sites covering seismic events, terrestrial weather and solar system events.

Knowledge is the key to surviving these times. That knowledge is available through many sources. We hope you appreciate LifeSpirit Center as one of those sources. A good example of the knowledge we are going to need in these times is what we needed to decipher about the overriding frequency that we had just measured here at LifeSpirit Center. The new BioGenesis program we brought back from the 6th Annual BioAcoustics Conference proved so sensitive that it found a frequency that was overwhelming our energetics. It took a while but we isolated it -- from an old HiFi! While the UN Millennium Assembly seems to have come off quietly, rumors abound that this assembly was organized as the "fasttrak" to a One World Government (owned and controlled by the Banksters who may also, according to some, be Reptilians or controlled by same). Abductee Alec Collier's web site (Letters from Andromeda) is no longer active, though his book is available there. It is also available for downloading at Val Valerian's site, www.trufax.org, along with updates from Alec. Check out this site for the two August updates. If the events they suggest occur, we are in for a rocky autumn.

Ralph's opener on Sacred Geometry, homilies.htm, brings me once again to the wonderful work of Sharry Edwards. Sharry's many years of research on Frequency Equivalents is developing into a massive Mathematical Matrix wherein the relationships between alleged "solids" becomes very apparent. We have been thoroughly enjoying her "regeneration" sounds and find them very energizing. You are welcome to experience them at the gathering on the 23rd.

And more on math: Ed Leedskalnin is the man who built the impressive Coral Castle in Florida. A popular tourist stop, no one has figured out how Ed moved those multi-ton coral rocks into place, so that huge entrance doors open with a slight push, and walls are massive and solid. Jeff Rense has a popular radio show out west that is even more daring than Art Bell's ever was! His web site is www.sightings.com, and it lists shows (you can listen via computer to his shows or those he has archived), displays some outrageous UFO artwork, and lists current headlines which you click on for the stories.

Then go into Jeff's Audio Archives and Realplay his July 30th interview with Alex Jones, a reporter who got into Bohemian Grove's opening ceremony and videotaped it! (We hope to have the tape to show on the 23rd!). Talk about Cult activity! Waco's alleged cultism was nothing compared to the horrific stuff Alex experienced as the call went out, "All come to the Owl of Babylon!" So where were Janet Reno and the FBI? Probably inside the Grove with the Bush kid and Dick Chaney! Alex's web site is www.infowars.com. Please remember, during your prayers and meditations, to send Light into the worlds' Dark Places, such as Bohemian Grove.

Because so many people need so much help right now, our time has become extremely limited and so I am going to make this a short letter. Strange things are happening in/on the Giza plateau! Rumors abound regarding a Stargate opening sometime late in June! Just to confuse yourself, check out www.Ambilac.com and follow their links. They claim that the first few books of the Bible are in code and refer to the Giza Plateau and "these times". Adrian Gilbert pretty much agrees, though he bases his studies on astrology and the Book of Revelations. The May 5th alignment was apparently pretty important to the powers that be. The Giza plateau is alleged to have been covered with military troops for a 24 hour period, and the Hall of Records that Cayce so often referred to was the main draw. According the Ambilac people, the "right three" people got in and the military had to stand around and watch since they could not breech the frequency barrier. More about this will be discussed at the gathering.

Have you been chemtrail watching? Those who have note that the spraying has increased in intensity and in frequency. One substance found in many tests is Ethylene Dibromide, a banned pesticide that can cause severe upper respiratory distress. A friend recently informed me (when I mentioned one of our cat's kidney problems) that Glutathione is super for kidney problems; a little research found that it is also great support for infected lungs. Dr. Lita Lee (541-746-7621) recommends an herb from the Philippines, Lagundi, as a natural bronchio-dilator (this is the first native herb given Philippine Dept of Health OTC approval). Sightings.com is an interesting "surf". It is the homepage of Jeff Rense, an Art Bell 'but more daring' style radio personality. Scroll down the main page past Jeff's pic and schedule, down past the ads for magnetic mattresses and you will come to a list of "Headlines". New stories are added to the top each day, and as you scroll down the list you can click on any of the stories (which often contain links of their own!). There are many hundreds! When you reach the end, click on "MORE" and you will be transferred to a page with many, many more stories about everything from the spiritual and arcane to chemtrails, health, politics and conspiracies!

Though I don't believe that the area we live in will be much affected, psychics are beginning to talk about the May 5th alignment. Sylvia Browne doesn't mention it specifically, though she sees earthquakes in places such as upstate New York, this spring. Gordon Michael Scallion warns that most of the effects will not occur on that specific date. He says to expect activity to begin as the alignment is developing, as early as February, and effects will continue for several months after May 5th. Since most of the planets are actually lining up on the far side of the sun (from the earth) Scallion feels that the Sun will create our greatest effects. He says to expect severe weather and changes in normal weather patterns . Since this alignment is coupled with a year of extreme solar storms, we would have experienced severe weather anyway! I wonder what the double whammy will bring? We are already seeing volcanoes going off in the ring of fire and I can't remember another March this warm. While glaciers are melting at an alarming rate, Nexus reports that scientists have discovered cracks in the earth's mantle that allow ocean water to seep inside the earth's transition zone below the mantle. They have computed that 1.12 billion tons of water leak into this zone yearly and only 0.23 billion tons are returned (usually through volcanic hot spots). Thus, the oceans are not rising so fast as expected. Still, I would not want to be anywhere near one just after an earthquake!

On Easter Sunday, April 23rd, at 2:00 p.m. EST, we will be joining in a worldwide prayer for peace vigil, organized by James Twyman, Gregg Braden and Doreen Virtue. If you like, you can join with others by participating wherever you are and by holding and blessing a small piece of cloth as you meditate on peace. Send that fabric to Coth of Many Colors, PO Bx 1054 Joshua Tree, CA 92252. The cloth will be added to a peace banner to be wrapped about the United Nations Building on September 5th, 2000, during a prayer vigil there. David Icke's website (http://www.davidicke.com/) is getting more and more bizarre. Now he claims that William F. Buckley is a shapeshifting reptillian alien. I, for one, think that one was too easy. We all remember watching Buckley on tv back in the 70s and noting the lizard like tongue that he kept sliding in and out of his mouth during debate. Revelations are coming out with regard to daycare centers around the country that are engaged in satanic activities and the pedodophile politicians associated with them. Icke's site is loaded with Bankster/Illuminati/alien info. His earlier writings on the Trilateral Commission, Bilderburgers, CFR, Bohemian Grove members, etc., we know are true. If his new revelations are true our lightwork is more necessary than ever! In the meantime, more CIA MKultra mind control subjects are being deprogrammed. Some of these are children who disappeared from their neighborhoods many years ago. On February 27, 1999, mind control victim Paul Bonacci was awarded $1 million by a US court for "crimes committed against him". Check out the book, The Franklin Cover-up: Child Abuse, Satanism and Murder in Nebraska by John DeCamp, a former Nebraska State Senator. Horrible as this stuff is, it must become public knowledge if we are to end it!

Physicist Mark Hadley of the University of Warwick is busy proving the truth of metaphysics. The only thing that stuns me is that they think it's new!!

So the Millennium New Year is finally arriving. Of course, this date is it only because a certain church, some politicians and maybe even a few time travelling reptilians got together a long time ago and created the Gregorian calendar, determining exactly when the Big Date would happen (allegedly, they set the date according to the incredible solar flares that are supposed to occur this December 31st). Were we still on some other calendar, perhaps something tied to earth's lunar cycles, I wonder what the date would be? Anyway, a recent issue of Time magazine reported that 72% of Americans are not planning anything special this New Year's eve, so apparently the only ones who are buying the hype are the media who create it!

We will be celebrating here however, a winter fest, though we risk experiencing the results of whatever plugs the politicians may secretly pull. I do not believe that Y2K is going to be a major problem in itself. I do believe that those in power may choose to make it a problem in order to further entrench their goals. Rumors are racing about government plans to declare Marshall Law on December 28th and David Icke's website features articles about New World Order/Reptilian plans to engage in human sacrifices at energy grid power spots about the planet, the major one being beneath the Great Pyramid at Giza (the Bushes, alleged by Icke to be Reptilian, will be there!), www.davidicke.com. As part of their ceremonies, they intend to "recap" the pyramid while their priests, working beneath the pyramid, do their dirty work. Allegedly, they intend to open a vortex and release massive amounts of negative energy into this plane. No-- I am not drunk. Lightworkers will be busy, the world over, negating their work. Our 5:00 p.m. is their midnight, so David Icke suggests that we begin meditating at 3:00 p.m. our time and finish up at about 7:00 p.m. Check www.davidicke.com for his instructions. Those who do not believe in "reptiles/nasty politicians" will also be meditating at that time to help manifest "positives" for the year ahead. We will probably be meditating at a grid location until 7:00 p.m. that evening, so if you show up early, don't worry, we will be back by 8:00 p.m. Gordon Michael Scallion will be guesting on Art Bell that night and the show will begin 3 hours early!

The rule of thumb for storing water is 4 drops of regular Clorox for each 2 liter soda size bottle of water. Allegedly, the lighter weight plastic water containers do not last very long. For those of you who are concerned about surviving possible Y2K accidental nuclear strikes (yes, I have gotten your note, whoever you are!), why would you want to?!! Anyway, potassium iodate will prevent the thyroid from absorbing radioactive iodine. And John Hammel, who recently attended a Survival Seminar, reports news that the Beck device will destroy the programming within the chips the New World Order hopes to install within us.

From Claudia: This year will be the first in over a century that a full moon will occur on the December 22d Winter Solstice. This means that the full moon and the Winter Solstice will occur in conjunction with a lunar perigee (point in the moon's orbit that is closest to earth). This will make the moon appear about 14% larger than it is. Also, because of the positions of the earth and the sun this time of year, sunlight striking the moon will seem about 7% stronger. If the ground is snow covered, we will experience a very brightly lit night! Enjoy! This full-moon solstice is a time of great power, so, in your meditations, reflect this Light unto all the worlds.

Go to a quiet place, relax, and focus loving feelings and white light into the depths of those places we know are most dark (Giza, the Denver Airport, The underground at Dulce, Montauk, Area 51, Washington DC, London, Balmoral Castle, the Mother's of Darkness Castle in Belgium, Tienemen Square, the Vatican -- there are many to choose from!) Send cleansing light into Mom Earth and focus on seeing her pristine and beautiful. Visualize an enlightened humanity. See yourself as the powerful Being you truly are. Concentrate on the word "JOY" (the runic symbol of which is called "Wyn" and looks like a "P" made with three straight lines).

Wow! So much is happening so fast there is much to catch up on. Firstly, as the "Saturday Niters" know, we have moved. We are no longer located in Morristown, where we were for twelve exciting years. We now are located in Hampton Township. Our new phone number is 973-300-4576.

Firstly, we would like to thank 'a certain friend' who enabled us to move here. Secondly, we want to thank all those who helped with the move--it was incredibly difficult and it will be months before things are in any sane order here. But the work will be worthwhile because this is a great place for meetings, info sharing and especially outdoor stuff. We are near the north end of the Paulinskill Lake and have a herd of black angus cows for nearby neighbors. There are rabbits, deer, fat, wild turkeys, copperheads, rattlesnakes, hawks, an eagle, and, I am told, an occasional bear on this property, as well as a motherlode of gnats and mosquitoes. But there is a wonderful huge deck in the rear, big rooms for lectures and a beautiful glen. We are changing our "format" for future meetings. We felt that Sunday afternoons for meetings would give us more weekend time to prepare (since the number of persons attending festivals has increased), but we are getting complaints from those who want meetings on Saturdays. Obviously, because we are further out in the country, speakers will be earlier in the day so that those who wish to get home before dark can--those who wish to stay and network/party, may. Since having planned speakers means that people should get here early enough to hear them (2 or 3 PM?), we need to know that people who participate intend to be here on time or close to it! It is not fair for a speaker to begin his/her lecture only to have to begin over and over again as lazy LifeSpiriters wander in.

Likewise, we don't like having to pay a speaker only to have 3/4 of the audience walk in two hours later with no apparent concern for the time or money it took to arrange the event. Our speakers spend time preparing their presentations and sometimes we have to cover their time/expenses. Since we are intending to bring in more prominent speakers, we need to know that participants care enough to be here, or we are wasting our time and money. WHAT DO YOU THINK? WRITE TO US OR CALL WITH YOUR COMMENTS . It is hard trying to please so many people without input. TELL US WHAT YOU WANT so we can find some way to, hopefully, keep everyone happy. Also, we understand that because of the distance, some people may need to spend the night. This is fine but I must ask that anyone intending to spend a night please bring a sleeping bag, pillow, towel, etc.

Much has happened while we have "not been meeting" and so we are using this newsletter to share some of the info we found interesting. Firstly, there are some books I would like to recommend. Biobalance by Rudolf Wiley, Ph.D. (ISBN 0-943685-05-2, $12.95) is one of several books coming out now on acid/alkaline balance. Over the years, info on this subject has been confusing, partly because acidity/alkalinity of the body is often different on different tests (saliva, urine, hair, etc.). Dr. Wiley refers to the venous plasma pH and claims that people are either basically genetically alkaline or acid and therefore the popular health diets of the last decade are not for everyone. If a person is basically alkaline, vegetarianism, macrobiotics, low fat, high fruit and pasta/veggie diets are great! They will make those people feel very good. They will make acid based persons quite weak and sick, however, and he warns people who are suffering on these diets to be wary of those who tell them they are "just cleaning out" or paying for many years of sinful eating. The Dr. claims that acid based persons become much more acid on these diets and will develop all sorts of problems if they try to stick to them. He says that acid based people (get ready!) need RED MEAT and FATS and all those naughty foods to stay healthy. He cites many cases and much info and this book is bound to cause much controversy in the health movement. Dr. Wiley blames many "modern" diseases on improper pH balancing, including digestion, learning, and menstrual disorders, fatigue, allergy and stress related problems.

Zero Point -- Gregg Braden's book, Awakening to Zero Point (ISBN 0-9648990-4-3) is a must read! Gregg has worked professionally in the earth sciences and aerospace industries and brings a scientific look to the strange energies we are feeling and the unusual experiences we are having. He talks about the earth slowing its rotation (recently written about in the Star Ledger) as its magnetic fields (and our magnetic "patterns") decline, and at the same time, he discusses the increase in the base resonant frequency of our planet from approximately 8 Hz to 13 Hz. Since anything below 10 Hz is considered a "sleep" pattern, this change (to occur gradually over 20 years) supports the ancient prophecies that we are a "sleeping people" and will finally awaken and "know truth" in the end times. (Some have postulated that the HAARP project in Alaska is to be used to create harmonics to keep the Hz we are experiencing down at 8 in order to keep us asleep and controllable. Ah, Hubris!) Gregg goes on to discuss Sacred Geometry and our DNA patterns, earth and weather changes and wonderful experiences that lie ahead. We will be showing videotapes of one of Gregg's workshops at the October (?) meeting.

With regard to the HAARP project, a must read is Dr. Nick Begich's Angels Don't Play this HAARP. (You can also reach Dr. Begich on the net, http://www.throne.com). While I have discussed this incredibly well researched tome with many of you on the phone, some may still be unaware of the U.S. government program it describes. In short, the military has built a massive installation in Alaska, intended to "control" the middle atmosphere with frequency. This will mean all sorts of new and novel weapons for the 'big boys with little brains' to play with as well as weather and people control. The implications are frightening. I am, however, getting in my meditations that some sort of intervention will take place. Here's hoping! Read this book!

About six months ago, the Friendly Stranger brought a friend to a Saturday night meditation. His name is Rene and he brought a copy of his own book, NASA Mooned America with him and talked a bit about his thesis that the moon landing was a hoax. Using NASA pictures and info he gives a rather convincing argument that much, if not all, of the space program was "faked". There are others who believe that the Secret Government has had bases on the moon for decades and NASA is just a "front" to keep 'Joe average' happy. All this would make an interesting debate! One of the best ways to stay on top of things is by reading NEXUS magazine, www.nexusmagazine.com. I have been pushing this publication ever since discovering it a few years ago, and many of you are now getting it rather than listen to my nagging. Several people have called in the past month to ask again the phone number of the company that sells serrapeptase. Serrapeptase is an enzyme that eats through the cocoons of silk worms enabling the butterflies to escape. It eats away non-living materials while ignoring healthy living tissue. It is being used in Japan and Germany to remove debris from clogged arteries. Dr. Hans Nieper (best known for his work with the immune system) has been experimenting, apparently successfully, with serrapeptase on heart patients. Acres U.S.A., another excellent magazine, recently ran an article featuring Dr. Dick Versendaal's Electrical Reflex Manipulation therapy. Dr. Versendaal, who hails from Michigan, has been very successfully detoxing bodies of chemicals and pathogens and has been particularly successful in treating those suffering from Gulf War Syndrome. He has mapped the body to follow the path of problems and he has trained therapists around the country to use his methods. He has graciously sent me videos and information on his work that we will gladly share with anyone interested. We will be showing these videos the morning of the festival (date to be announced). I will have a list of trained practitioners for anyone interested and (small world, huh?), it turns out that Carina is trained in this method and can answer any questions anyone may have! Marybeth was fortunate in August to have attended the Global Sciences Congress in Denver (organized yearly by Dean Stonier a decent, enlightened man and one of the best networkers in the country!) with some friends. She came home very excited about the things she learned. We are planning to purchase videos of some of the lectures so that everyone can share in the new info out there. Dennis Lee lectured and demonstrated his 'free energy' devices. We first came across him about a decade ago when we heard him lecture at a New Jersey hotel. He had developed devices that would allow the average to person to "get off the government energy grid" and had paid the price for that: he had been thrown in jail for several years (on nonsensical charges) and lost his business and money and had the feds constantly on his back. Over the last decade he has been raising money to go into production with his home energy devices, and hopes to be able to sell them soon (since free energy devices are now purported to be coming out of Australia and Japan anyway, let's hope the feds get off his back and realize that they cannot contain this any longer). Send Dennis some positive thoughts in your meditations. By the way, he happens to live in Sussex County NJ--I hope we can get him to speak and demonstrate his inventions at a meeting soon!

John Hammell (International Advocates for Health Freedom, www.iahf.com) has been doing his usual excellent job exposing the powers that be in their efforts to destroy human health. Most of you are familiar with the Codex Commission which exists under the GATT treaty and permits a commission international control over health food supplements. Plans are already written up to limit the strength of supplements to below the already ridiculously low recommended dosages. Many substances will be completely unavailable. Start screaming at your "representatives". Any nation that does not abide with the will of the commission will have trade sanctions imposed through the World Trade Organization. This will no doubt mean a surge in black market activities as well as increased organization against government at all levels. As the news becomes more known, it will also mean more votes for Libertarian Party candidate Harry Browne (whose acceptance speech at the LP www.lp.org convention in July was brilliant!) as people realize that the 'One' Party system just isn't healthy. I shudder at the Karmic probabilities those in power are creating for themselves and their descendants. Must reread Revelations!

We now have the room to create a wonderful Library with all those books that were in boxes many years, but the price of shelving is exorbitant! I just returned from a BioAcoustics Convention with Sharry Edwards. Sharry has now produced a muscle frequency book that maps out many of the body's various muscle frequencies. Her work is outrageous and watching her put together frequency "recipes" and relationships is actually a religious experience. It is a melding of the sacred geometry of shape plus sound to achieve a harmony of form and function. Watching her work is very humbling. Sharry is proving beyond a doubt that the world exists as a geometry of frequency--a dance of numbers. And who are the choreographers? We are, of course! Word of warning: some of Sharry's egocentric ex-students have been showing up at expos and selling some of her work as their own. They have been mixing what is mostly her info with a hodgepodge of the unproven and they have been misusing part of her system to "make it easy" to use. Working with harmonics is not easy --especially if you intend to use them correctly and are serious about helping people. These people are apparently not concerned about their misuse and theft of Sharry's work and the Karmic pay-out will be interesting. Word is coming back that those who left with them are becoming disillusioned with the failure of their methods and are anxious to come back to Sound Health. I tell you this because you should always check the credentials and background of anyone you meet who is working with energies. On the way out to Ohio, we stopped at Frank Lloyd Wright's masterpiece, Fallingwater, in Mill Run, Pennsylvania. I had wanted to see the house for many years, but never had the time. The visit was wonderful! If ever you find yourself in the Pittsburgh area, do make time for it! The house is exquisite (though I am more convinced than ever that F.L.W. was color blind!)!

Greetings! It is now early February and we are much more settled than when I last wrote, though there is still much to organize. Moving was much more difficult and time consuming than I imagined it would be. We are just about getting things back to normal, however, and thus I am glad to announce that the Spring Equinox celebration -- featuring Chelsea Flor -- will take place on Saturday, March 22. IT WILL BEGIN AT 2:30 PM SHARP. WE WILL INTRODUCE OUR SPEAKER AT 3 PM SHARP. Food will not be served until after the speaker finishes (5 pm?) and about 7 pm, we will have some info sharing and any other ceremonies that are appropriate. Videos and general merriment will go on through the night (those who need to spend the night--BRING A SLEEPING BAG!). If the night is clear and you have a spotting scope, you may want to bring it--the stars are great here! If we seem a bit unyielding about the program, please understand that many simply do not wish to be driving this far out late at night. And while a few of you (the usual latecomers) have suggested that the speaker not begin until 8 or 9 pm, far more of you felt that the speaker should be early. We are therefore arranging for an early speaker, so please show up on time! Also, we are resuming our Saturday night meditation gatherings, but on a limited basis. Last year when my son was asked in school what 'family things' we do on weekends, he truthfully said, "My mom cleans the house all day Saturday, then she has people over all Saturday night, and then she spends all day Sunday cleaning up after. We don't do any family things." He was telling the truth and, frankly, getting the short end . Thus, we are resuming SOME Saturday meditations. We installed a third phone line up here, listed in the name of LifeSpirit Center (973-300-4576). It will have its own answering machine. Every Thursday, we will change the outgoing message to announce what is happening Saturday night (if someone is speaking or we have a special tape or new info, etc.). We hope to meet most Saturdays, but on those Saturdays when Drew has something special happening, the message will simply state that meditation is canceled for that Saturday. Having this on an answering machine will enable everyone who might be interested in participating to come up here without worrying that we might not be here. And since calling 50 or 60 people each week to announce a gathering is exhausting work, the machine will also save my vocal chords! Much is happening-- there will be much to share!

Perhaps we have been too busy to notice, but we have seen little UFO activity here, and we are close to the Pine Bush corridor.(Last week 'Strange Universe' did a feature on Pine Bush--yes, it included a reference to Bruce Cornet and his excellent investigative work up there! 'Strange Universe' is on at midnight on channel 9.) We have been here since August and I have yet to be 'called out' (usually from doing dishes) at some yucky hour to wonder what the whatever they are saying. Maybe they prefer the night life in Morristown! I am getting calls from all over, however, regarding energy changes. A lot of people are feeling "weird". Some of this is because of the frequency changes Mom Earth is going through, but some is, unfortunately, due to increased electro-magnetic pollution. This is going to get worse as cellular phone towers go up all over the state. I am also getting calls from "former vegetarians" who are suddenly feeling a need to eat meat. This began about 8 months ago, and I am not sure what it means at this point. Ideas, anyone?

Have you been watching "Dark Skies"? Are you thoroughly disgusted? This sham of a show is apparently intended to make us believe that Majestic-12 is a bunch of 'good guys' protecting us from bad aliens ("MJ12- -it's Mission-to stop an Alien Invasion!!!")as well as ourselves. Rumor has it that Laurence Rockefeller (the show airs on a Rockefeller station) is worried about public reaction when the truth comes out and is playing spin doctor. The show is intended to dispel the generally accepted view that the Secret Government has been playing footsies (or clawsies?) with the wrong aliens since the 40s, and that they sold us out a long time ago. Or think they did. I think that they are in for a big unpleasant surprise!

And for those who have endured the special thrill of having DNA carved out of them or implants shoved up their noses, they will be happy to know that Newsweek and Parade Magazine (12/29/96) both report that the London Insurance Brokerage (Goodfellow Rebecca Ingrams Pearson) is insuring abductees for damages (annual premium is $156). This is almost as good as the announcement a few years back by various respected agencies, that all abductees are not 'crazy people'.

We mentioned Dennis Lee in our last newsletter. Dennis has invented several interesting devices and is also marketing the devices of others. Relating to health matters, Dr. Julian Whitaker's health newsletter (Health & Healing, PO Box 60042, 7811 Montrose Rd, Potomac, MD 20859) is always loaded with info! In his October, '96 issue he talks about Lipoic acid, an antioxidant that is one of the most powerful liver detoxifiers known. He talks about its successful usage in cases of sudden liver failure. In another issue he addresses depression and recommends the use of St. John's Wort. (Another magazine recommends colloidal gold for depression as well as hormonal problems); January '96 Health Magazine talks about the problem of using "infused" oils--food oils that have garlic, or herbs or veggies floating in them to infuse them with flavor. The problem is that if these are not refrigerated, bacteria grows in them very quickly and they become very toxic!. Beware!; Carotec (they sell serrapeptase) puts out interesting information bulletins to its customers. In their recent newsletter they warn men with prostate problems to beware the use of the very popular DHEA-it could exacerbate their problem. They also warn of the use of unfermented soy products. They claim that soybeans are not fit for human consumption unless they are fermented and then used only as a condiment. In modern times, Asians have begun eating unfermented soy and soybean curd (tofu) and tens of millions are beginning to show evidence of hypothyroidism.

Jim Kapella has sent over a package on another new health enhancing substance called Tahitian Noni. The Noni fruit produces a juice that is said to regenerate cellular health and to produce a wide range of physiological responses that positively affect a great many "problems". I will ask him to bring some with him on the 22nd.

First there were water filters and water distillers; then there were whole house ozone water purifiers and reverse osmosis filters; NOW the big thing in water is Microwater Treatment Devices which alkalize water (alkaline for drinking--acid for bathing). These devices hail from Japan and sell for about $1,200.00 (the Cutting Edge, Southampton, New York). However I suspect that as other companies rush to the hole in the market, the price will come down a good deal.

Homeopathy is the 'art' of treating 'like with like' to stimulate the immune system and allow the body to heal itself. Our own urine contains the best info possible about our various problems and thus, makes the best homeopathic remedy. Drinking urine to heal one's self is an old, old folk remedy. Nexus, the Sedona Journal and other fine mags have done articles on this proven cure. Now, the November, '96 Fortean Times is reporting that Chinese scientist Dr. Ming Chen Liau (Long Life Biomedical Co., Western Hefei, China) presented research identifying a substance in urine (probably, phenlylacetic acid) which may help in cancer. This protein is found in Dr. Burzynski's ANTINEOPLASTIN. Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski, a Polish born medical doctor who practices in Houston, Texas, has developed an antineoplastin cancer treatment with which he has successfully helped hundreds of people with cancer. He has hurt no one and there are no complaints filed against him. Yet the FDA terrorists have charged him with practicing "unproven medicine" and have barred him from seeing many of his patients who will die without his treatment. Gabe Pressman has been doing ongoing reports about this situation on NBC. CBS has also aired info on "48 Hours" yet the witchhunt goes on. Call the news departments of the major stations and let them know you are watching for news of Burzynski. Then surround yourself with light, ask God for protection and only after you are sure your energies are secure, call your representatives, the White House (202-456-1111 or 456-1414) and Attorney General Janet Reno (202-514-2001) and complain, complain, complain. Tell them the FDA is murdering Americans and should not receive tax dollars and should be put on trial for treason. Ask them why they support this abomination. But caution--NEVER call beings of this ilk without protecting yourself first! Their energies are so low that you could be sick for several days! Also, please send the doctor energy in your meditations!

The FDA is also now after colloidal silver. Colloidal silver is a bactericide that has been in use since the 1800s. It is "grandfathered"-that is, not under the control of the FDA- because its use predates their existence. Now the FDA is claiming that since colloidal silver is made by different means then it was 100 years ago, it no longer qualifies as 'grandfathered'. The real reason they are after it is because the substance and machines to make it have become so popular in the last few years. Everything that was made 100 years ago is made differently now simply because technology has improved. We no longer cook in our fireplaces and the stoves of the 19th century have been replaced by Jenn-Aires. Let's hope that FDA agents cook their own food in microwaves!! Silver mineral water is an excellent alternative to colloidal silver, with a much smaller particle size and no potentially harmful silver compounds. And then there is CODEX. Codex is kind of like an "International FDA" created through the GATT treaty. International Standards are being created for food supplements, herbs, etc.. Under CODEX, supplements will be limited to very small doses, will probably be very expensive and many will only be available with a prescription. Natural herbs will be illegal and replaced with either "anagrams" or herbs from certain international pharmaceutical companies (which will no doubt be irradiated and thus, worthless, as well as expensive!). I have just read Barbara Dewey's book, As You Believe and HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! We know that we create our own reality: every moment, we are each of us, entirely responsible for what happens to us. Knowing this, we should have 'ideal' lives, yet we fall short too often, because we fail to control our thoughts and emotions long enough to create more positively. Dewey laces into us, demanding that we take responsibility for these 'goof-ups' and that we heal ourselves, physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, etc.. Then she gives suggestions for making change in our lives. Ms. Dewey writes in depth on psychological blocks, 'ego' related blocks and interpreting physical symptoms. She talks about the problems created by a "win/lose" attitude and chastises us in a friendly but frank manner. She also reminds us that we should not be so dependent on the physical (vitamins, minerals, etc.) for health (I agree, though I use them). Health begins in the mind--we create our own dependencies and weaknesses when we look for strength outside of us. That twinkie won't kill you unless you think it will. You come away from this book, liking the upfrontness of the author and with a lot of ideas about how to make your changes. This is a good one!

I got a phone call this morning from someone (I shall call 'Molly') who had been speaking to "a spiritual leader". Molly was upset because this teacher had lectured her and made it clear that she was a "Higher Spiritual Being" than Molly was. I have heard this revolting and manipulative theme so often that I must write about it. We live in the third dimension. That dimension consists of a very narrow band of vibrations or frequencies. If you vibrate at less than those frequencies, you will fall back to a two dimensional existence. If you raise your vibration, you will vanish into a higher dimension. Everyone in this dimension is vibrating within the same very narrow band of frequencies. Mother Theresa vibrates within this narrow band of the third dimension. So did Adolph Hitler. Get it? We are just not 'that far apart'. something to ponder. Next time someone plays a 'higher than you' spiritual game with you, ask why this person is still vibrating in this dimension. You are your own teacher and on your own path. Don't let anyone play 'follow me and do as I say' head games with you! Yes some people spend more time focusing on spirit, but they are not 'higher spiritual beings' than you! 'Nuff said.

Are people really changing? Several people have called to say that they are feeling an 'attitude shift'. People seem to be more caring than they used to seem; more aware of and concerned for their fellow travelers. How can we help this tide of good will along? Smile more? Laugh more? a reckless but honest complement here or there? who knows? We might just get to that 5th dimensional shift a bit faster than we're moving now!

Our speaker on the 22nd will be the very popular Chelsea Flor. Chelsea has just returned from Egypt where the newly discovered tunnel beneath the paw of the Sphinx is being explored. This week she is traveling west for a gathering of Native Americans and New Age Leaders aimed at bridging the gap between philosophies. She says she has much to share. She also informed us that vortexes are opening up worldwide (expect some chaos?) and since this property appears to be sited around a small vortex, there's fun around the corner! Chelsea will update us on the Unveiling of the Egyptian Mysteries -- Preparations for Initiation!

PS Since the hexagonal planetary alignment of 1/23, many of us have been experiencing a spiritual cleansing reaction, with headache, nausea, much mucus, diarrhea. This may continue through an alignment on 2/16. Any cleansing process can be nourished by meditation, much pure water & fresh air.

Well, it seems that the world survived Hale-Bopp minus a few crazies (yes, there are some out there even crazier than us!). We kind of miss the comet's glow in the night sky--its effect on earth is still being studied. Were those midwest floods a result of its pull? Were there "extra" earthquakes that month? We have resubscribed to Gordon Michael Scallion's newsletter on earth changes and are getting his map of predictions for North America. It will be here on the 21st for all to peruse. As for those sad souls who killed themselves thinking that action the passage aboard an alien ship, we agree with Carina's assessment, "Why would anyone want to go with aliens who don't have the technology to at least beam them up?!"

Bible Code -- and further on prophecy, a "must read" is The Bible Code by Michael Drosnin. This book is hot off the presses--VERY hot off the presses--dates referenced in it go as late as March 1997! Drosnin writes about a hidden Code in the Bible (broken by computer) which may reveal our future. This 3000 year old code has accurately predicted far too many events to list here, and is a fascinating read. The author and a mathematician have worked extensively on this code which has stumped mathematicians for centuries! Newton spent much of his time trying to decipher it but failed (this is interesting in light of his involvement as a Grand Master of the very secretive Priory of Sion!). Hebrew calendar years 5760 (2000) and 5766 (2006) are possible Armageddon years. References to future comets also tie this book to David Wood and Ian Campbell's latest, Geneset: Target Earth which postulates that many of the "Holy Blood, Holy Grail" mysteries warn of Earth's destruction by a comet or asteroid. The Code was discovered by a Prague rabbi earlier in this century when, using punch-card like techniques, he noticed that the word Torah is spelled out by the 50th, 100th, etc. letters of each of the first five books of the Bible. It was only with the advent of high speed computers that Dr. Eli Rips, a world-class mathematician, was able to test the text for other encoded information, and compare that to the lack of such information in other texts and random sequences. Dr. Rips article, Equidistant Letter Sequences in the Book of Genesis, was published in Statistical Science, Vol. 9, No. 3, 429-438, 1994.

One of the hand-outs we had available last year in Morristown, was an article by a man who claimed he was videotaping strange ships coming out of the sun's corona. He gave detailed instructions as to how to repeat his experiment. (According to the Pleidians who Barbara Marciniak channels, there actually are geometric light pattern shapes constantly falling from the sun, carrying with them information on sacred geometry for us to assimilate). Anyway, "Rock Dust Don" has a friend in North Jersey who actually tried the videotaping and claims there is something to it! We hope to have more info/videos by the 21st.

New supplements achieving popularity include SAMe (S-adenosylmethionine), a nutrient that normalizes liver function and is considered major medicine in liver disease. For more info, see the June Life Extension Foundation Report (1-800-747-0149). MSM, (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) has been out for several years, though it is just now becoming a popular supplement. MSM is an organic form of sulfur, found in all living organisms, isolated from DMSO. Those using MSM claim it affects an extensive and impressive list of conditions. Some local health food stores carry it and we may have some available here in the 21st. If you want further info, ask me to pull the file then. Also, in the '80s, we were using a wonderful 'salt' created by Dr. Revici, said to clean out the arteries as you used it. It disappeared from Health Food Stores (one told me the FDA banned it, but I am not certain of the details) in the late 80s. Now, I understand that it is available for those who want it from the Revici Life Science Center, 200 West 57th St, Suite 402, NY, NY 10019 (212-246-5122). This is a wonderful condiment!

Prayers of "Thanks" are due in the ongoing harassment/trial of Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski by the FDA! On Tuesday, May 27th, the Judge in the matter threw out all of the FDA charges (those remaining after the May "Hung Jury" partially acquitted him). Dr. Burzynski is now free to go back to doing the healing that he does best! Gabe Pressman, in particular, did a marvelous job following this case from its inception and deserves much applause for his exposure of the FDA's atrocious position in this matter. We hope this case sets many health freedom precedents!!

Dean Stonier is the light behind this extraordinary organization and he sees to it that the speakers and the products presented each year are first rate. Do you remember the John Coleman tapes/book about the ruling elite which he refers to as the 'Committee of 300'? I have an audiotape of his August, 1992 Global Sciences Congress lecture. Coleman claims a background in British Intelligence and claims to have been privy to much ruling class info. Near the end of the tape he speaks of the elite's intention to shrink the world population to a "more manageable" number, hence the government's determination to ban any 'wonder-cures' that come along. He warned that the government "sprays" viruses, experimentally, in specific areas and we all know the stories about the various killer plagues created in official laboratories. He happened to claim that the powers that be are going into city ghetto areas and spreading cockroaches containing viruses intended to weaken and kill off the 'undesirables' in these areas. So when I opened the Daily News on May 8, 1997 and read the headline "Roaches and Asthma in Children are Linked", I did rather a doubletake! Apparently, the "soaring rates" of asthma inner city children are experiencing are due to cockroach saliva and droppings. 15 years ago, the asthma rates in these roach infested areas were NOT soaring. Now they are. I HOPE Coleman is wrong. The alternative is horrifying and disgusting.

The April/May issue was packed with great articles, including new info on the Knights Templars, Johann Grander, Sharry Edwards sound techniques, the CIA global drug trade, UFOs, etc.. Also in this issue is a article that anyone depending on soy products for nutrition should read. I mentioned in the last newsletter that warnings about the dangers of eating unfermented soy were beginning to come in, but the article in Nexus is very detailed and warns us that tofu and soy milk products are actually health risks. It also discusses the dangers of using these products in baby formulas. It is very well researched and much too extensive to go into in depth here. NEXUS is sometimes available at Barnes and Noble in the 'wacky, weird and esoteric' section of their magazine racks. Enjoy!

For the Metaphysicians among us, a quote from Oprah: "If you focus on what you have, you'll have more. If you focus on what you don't have, you'll have less." Oprah recommends keeping lists, each day, of all the things you are thankful for and to focus on these positives to change your life for the better!

We are becoming more and more aware of the synchronicities in our lives and of our powers to create. These powers most certainly are multiplied when we pray together as a group. Try setting aside some time each day, for a talk with the real powers that be. Invite in your Higher Self, and all those on the other side who you miss or would like to meet and then sit back and enjoy the session, as a sort of 'private party'. Thank all for their love and help and ask for what it is you need. See what happens. I think that one of the best effects of prayer is to keep us focused on what is important. It is so easy to get caught up in the "faux-material" of this hologram we have created when we lose touch with our deeper roots. Praying reminds us just why we are here and that we must keep focused on 'the big picture' in order to get out of here!! It forces us to see the absurdity of getting caught up in the values (or lack of them) so many around us espouse. Just be glad that you are not living in their density and darkness! Remember, there are many who simply are limited and not ready to move on. Respect that.

The heavy floods experienced around the nation during the past year damaged thousands of vehicles. Some of these are cleaned-up and sold simply as "used" vehicles. Check-out past title transactions and look for flood damage. Just a warning!

According to New Life magazine, researchers are finding that grapes are high in anti-cancer nutrients. They contain a substance called resveratrol which nourishes the cell's ability to avoid turning cancerous and may feed the inhibition of malignant cells from spreading. Another "simple" remedy is the almond. Edgar Cayce recommended "an almond a day for keeping the doctor away, rather than an apple!"

Magical Blend recently ran an article on the wonderful, late Dr. Hazel Parcells. Dr. Parcells died in 1996 at the age of 107. She was sprightly, bright, alert & working right up to her peaceful passage in sleep. Her healing work was "eclectic." She was a pioneer nutritionist who also utilized energy medicine such as radionics and color therapy. She was a mystical being who often "tranced-out." On these occasions she claimed she was visiting "Cosmic Chemistry" class where here teacher was Paracelsus, who many consider to be the Father of Modern Biochemistry (he died in 1541). Dr. Parcells referred to her healing work as "kitchen chemistry." At a 1990 Global Science Conference, she recommended the following baths: [1] for radiation detox (lack of oxygen, etc.) fill the tub with the hottest water you can stand & add 2 to 3 lbs. of Arm & Hammer baking soda. Stay in the water until it cools down to body temperature. Dr. Parcells believed that this could neutralize radiation, x-rays, etc. [2] to neutralize hard chemicals, sprays and poisons from the body, the same hottest tub is used, but with 1 cup of plain Clorox bleach substituted for the baking soda.

March 1997 Amateur Radio Today reports an experiment --25 years ago-- by S.P. Shchurin of the Institute of Clinical & Experimental Medicine in Novosibirsk, Russia. Two identical tissue cultures were placed in separate glass jars and one was infected with a virus. As expected, the second, uninfected tissue remained unharmed. The experiment was then repeated, using a quartz divider between the tissue samples, instead of glass. Only one culture was deliberately infected, but the virus was able to travel via UV light to the other culture. In 1994 (at a Global Sciences Conference) Dr. Laurence Perry of North Carolina spoke of viruses passed by frequency through television and radio from satellites above. There may be a mechanism using quartz (for ill instead of good) frequency generation which can accomplish this nefarious assault. If the "powers that be" wanted, such technology could be beaming health and intelligence instead. Just something to ponder.

Chelsea Flor called us in mid-August to report the appearance of a Crop Circle down off Route 206 near Trenton State College. Chelsea says the Circle consisted of a central circle with "carefully" plaited and bent stalks, with lunar and solar appendages. She felt an extraordinary energy at the site. While small local papers reported the event, the major media ignored it. I guess their masters disapproved!

Earth Changes are upon us! And much is being prophesied for the coming year. Dick Sutphen (Valley of the Sun) has been leading reincarnation seminars for 25 years. He has rarely discussed earth changes, sometimes implying as many do, that we should not expect them to be as harsh as early prophets such as Edgar Cayce have predicted. Last month, however, his very trusted and accurate Spirit Guide told him to gather his family and leave California immediately. Ruth Ryden, (Sedona Journal) is predicting major quakes for the west coast in December and local prophet, Bryan Williams (he channels Sargel, for private sessions, call 201-890-0755) is feeling uneasy about December, though he hasn't pinpointed the reason. He is certain, however, that August of 1998 is going to be an east coast nightmare with severe earthquakes, tidal waves and massive destruction. Ultimately, he sees New Jersey sinking beneath the waves. Earth Changes we say. Are you ready?

Another Cayce prediction coming true refers to Bimini. Edgar Cayce said that proof of an ancient civilization (Atlantis) would be found in the waters off Bimini. In the sixties, divers reported finding ancient columns and long walls and roadways. Now, Nexus Magazine reports that the Science Museum of Miami has announced a major find off Bimini: a massive Temple complex in superb condition! The complex is dated at 12,500 BC and the walls and stones feature wonderful art and beautiful "sky maps", the work of a very advanced civilization. The precise location is being kept secret while research is going on. That worries me a bit. Look how little we have been told by the 'authorities' about the Dead Sea Scrolls!

Barbara Marciniak's autumn newsletter features a copy of an article on Heaven's Gate by J.P. Essene of the May Life Times. The author does not seem to believe that the Heaven's Gaters committed suicide. He says that their video is not a suicide note and they were anti-suicide. The tape seems like something they prepared just in case that space ship ever dropped by for them. The writer had been warned of the tragedy, in advance, by a psychic who said that algorithms and the internet would play a part in what would happen. The day of the deaths, an unusual registry message appeared on the H.G. website that could only be put there by InterNIC, the company that controls all the addresses of every site on the WWW. And who owns InterNIC? A company named S.A.I.C. which just happens to be located in the very neighborhood of Heaven's Gate! And who runs S.A.I.C.? B.R. Inman, retired Admiral in the US Navy and a key figure in the government cover-up of UFO info, J.A. Welch, retired General, US Air Force and retired General W.A. Downing of the US Army. Surprise, surprise, the U.S. military controls the internet! I wonder what might have been pulled from that website. Were the Gaters less crazy than they've been played out to be? I doubt it. Did they have some special info that had to be suppressed? Well, maybe......

Reverse Speech is becoming a popular subject again. About six years ago, David Oates wrote a book about his discoveries about reverse speech. It seems he was hired to check out the satanic messages in reversed rock music and as a control, he tested other music as well as speech. He found messages everywhere and eventually realized that they represented the hidden thoughts or conscience of the speaker/singer and sometimes reinforced what was being said and sometimes contradicted same. Then he found that he could find out the truth about murder cases, etc., by reversing the testimony of the accused. The accused might be saying, "I did not kill this person", but in reverse they were saying, "The body is in the trunk of my car". The Police found this very useful in seeking hidden evidence and David began selling recording devices that reversed speech and also teaching classes. Then, during Desert Storm he reversed the televised remarks of Bush and Bigwigs and realized he was hearing secret military codes. He decided to warn the government because he knew that other governments could do this but this 'good deed' changed his life. He has been harassed and threatened ever since and several of his homes have mysteriously burnt down. He was recently featured on Strange Universe. You can buy a computer program to reverse speech, however most computers with soundcards can reverse it for you, just use the MS Windows sound recorder and click "reverse" on the "effects" menu! L-tryptophan, we all know, was banned by the FDA in the late 80's because a few people died after ingesting some adulterated L-tryptophan from Japan. Back in the 70s, Doug Casey included an unusual article in his Crisis Investing Newsletter. It was about Great Mammoth Lakes, a huge caldera in northern California which, at that time, was inching up at the rate of 1 to 2 inches per year. In geologists' terms, this means "taking off like a rocket". This was important because it is believed that when this caldera finally blows, it will make the famous Krakatoa explosion seemingly small. Glassware and eardrums will crack--all the way to New York city, and a global winter could result. I had forgotten about this particular volcano until last month when Dan Rather featured it in a five minute blurb on his news show. He noted that during the past few months, dozens of mini-quakes have been occurring around Great Mammoth every day, and sulphurous smoke has forced tourists from the area and killed over 30 acres of trees. Gordon Michael Scallion is also reporting on this caldera in his February, 98 Earth Changes Update, though he is not making any predictions about it in this issue. This is one to watch.

Back in November, Scallion predicted that this year's El Nino would be the worst so far, causing particularly massive West Coast damage. He claims that El Nino is largely caused by underwater volcanic activity. He warns to watch for sustained volcanic activity simultaneously occurring in Italy and the Caribbean. This could be the precurser to massive US activity.

The US Public Health Service (what a misnomer!) is back pushing fluoride again, on an apparent 'mission' to fluoridate the entire US public water supply by the year 2000. Groups are forming across the country to fight this and we are getting phone calls from many. The irony here is that the FDA now mandates toothpaste companies to put warnings on their products because fluoride is a poison. According to underground reports, flouride is a 'mind control' drug. It's effects are said to last twelve hours, hence the warning to "brush our teeth twice a day"! Supposedly fluoride represses our natural survival instincts and makes us sheeplike. The Feb/March 1998 Nexus has some interesting news on fluoride. It seems that throughout the cold war, huge amounts of fluoride were used in the manufacture of weapons-grade uranium and plutonium. The first lawsuits against the US atomic bomb program were not over radiation but over fluoride poisoning! A major study was conducted which eventually proved adverse health effects. In spite of the wonderful new ideas being developed each month in these 'end of time' years, I must admit that I sometimes yearn for the innocence of earlier decades. Two years ago, Cathy O'Brien spoke at Global Sciences Congress in Denver. She announced that she and many others had been used and abused from early infancy in a CIA run Mind Control Project known as MK-ULTRA. In this program, the government agency used violent programming, abuse and torture to create multiple personality disorders in very young children, raising them to act as couriers of political intrigue and as 'sex slaves'. Scheduled to be murdered in a snuff film, Kathy was kidnapped by a former CIA employee who recognized her situation and deprogrammed her in spite of the CIA's belief that these people are impossible to deprogram. Kathy's life was threatened (no surprise when you know the high rankers who used her!), so she has come public with an incredibly detailed book of her experiences (Tranceformation of America).

I had just about given up wondering at the truth in Cathy's book, when Maia brought over a thick report compiled by a Jon Rappoport (copy available from 213-243-9005) consisting of committee hearings on and survivor reports from more MK-ULTRA subjects. These were children 'purchased' by the CIA from South America and Mexico who were used in medical experiments to determine the effects of radiation on humans as well as for mind control experiments and sex. Then last week Marybeth returned from another Global Sciences Congress where Brice Taylor, another deprogrammed 'Presidential Model', told her story (Starshine, written as a novel, is available from the Brice Taylor Trust, PO Box 655, Landrum, SC 29356). One frightening prospect is her claim that children left in certain daycare centers around the country are being programmed to commit very violent acts at some future date. And more can be found in the book Trends 2000 by Gerald Celente (any bookstore) which includes a chapter on radiation poisoning including deliberate government radiation tests on thousands of Americans and lists newspaper articles you can research for more info. The Trends book is a brilliant peek into the future, with well-documented predictions about alternative modalities and "free" energy resources.

What does all this mean? We have chosen to live in these times when all that is hidden is supposed to become known (it almost makes you feel sorry for Clinton!). I suspect that what is trickling down now will soon be shocking the talk show circuits and I wonder what Americans will think when they realize just how little they know about their leaders and who their real leaders are? It is up to us to put a positive swing on all this and that means lots of visualizing and meditating a more positive and happy world where individual rights are respected. Let's get on it! Remember, a simple truthful complement to another human being sends out waves of positive energy. It is time for us to focus on building the world's positive energy reserves and all it requires is that we feel love for our fellow humans and send that feeling out to taint the atmosphere with positive emotion. Think about those you love and mentally send them wonderful thoughts! Be pleasant to strangers. It takes the same amount of time to do something wonderful as it does to do something cruddy or to do nothing at all. Make that time count!! End of sermon!

Our 'Gods Within' seem to be 'over manifesting' in the food supplement department! Those of us who understand that this is just one big consensus hologram we create and inhabit should focus on no longer needing supplements for perfect health! They are getting much too expensive! We were learning to love ourselves and going in the right direction when we made wine healthy and tofu dangerous. Rev. The other 'new item' has an unusual past. Patrick Flanagan was a whiz kid genius who was sent, in his early teens, to be part of a think tank in New England. He had already invented some sort of device that allowed him to read info from satellites and a 'phone' that allowed the deaf to hear. These inventions were seized by the powers that be though the hearing device patent was recently returned and this item is now available. While at the think tank, Patrick was introduced to an older scientist who attributed his health to the glacial water he drank loaded with colloidal minerals. Patrick duplicated this water in his lab, naming it Crystal Energy water, a microcluster colloidal mineral concentrate that reduced the surface tension of water (electrically) to make it 'wetter'. This product was sold throughout the 80s in health food stores. In the meantime, Patrick began to study the importance of hydrogen to our systems. Barbara Marciniak's Pleiadian Times (December,1997) makes mention of an 8 story deep, 4.5 square mile underground city next to an 88.5 square mile 'base' built beneath the new Denver Airport. Supposedly, the financial center of the US is about to be moved from New York to the midwest and an underground city has been built to house ruling class families in emergencies to protect them from the wars, germ warfare, viruses, violence, etc., that they create. One ten mile 4 lane wide highway goes from this airport to nowhere. This is where they will land their planes when things get rough. The nice thing about all this is that they will all be with each other which is as they deserve!

Do you use a Micro-Amp Stimulation (Beck) machine? In an interview in Leading Edge newspaper, Bob Beck warns about electroporation. This is where medicines, herbs, enzymes, etc. that you have eaten can become magnified 20 to 30 times. He particularly warns against the use of garlic which has sulfonhydroxyl, a deadly poison, in it. This is used by organic gardeners in place of DDT. It used to be rubbed on bullets to insure death, and it kills brain cells. Pilots are warned not to ingest garlic before flying since it slows down reaction time! Also, when you use a machine, a tiny bit of alcohol makes for a whopping hangover!

Many of you have seen the ads for the book First Thunder by MSI in various New Age magazines. First Thunder is a book about an order of Monks known as the Ishayas. Yes! It's true! We broke with tradition (and are getting a bit of flack for it) and are pushing the summer gathering back from the solstice to one week later (the 27th). I know that those who like to do ritual during the 4 power days are upset, but Ralph will be leading a gathering to Tripod Rock for a solstice ceremony the solstice weekend (call to participate) and we felt it was really important for people to attend Dr Bruce Cornet's lecture at the Metaphysical Center of New Jersey on June 20th at the Student Center of William Paterson College in Wayne. Dr Cornet is a scientist who has done extensive research on the evidence in New York state of early civilizations as well as much scientific study of the Mars/Cydonia complex and our alien visitors. Those who attended our springfest had quite an experience! The day of the gathering, there was a late season snow/ice storm which made travel very difficult and meant having to get a last minute alternate speaker. Paul Oliveri came through beautifully, having just returned from Hawaii where he studied with a Kahuna Priest, and had much that was interesting to share. About 40 people showed up in spite of the weather and we enjoyed the storm together!

The Air Force dummies have been at it again! Have you seen the picture NASA has released which is alleged to be a new photo of the Cydonia plain on Mars? "The Face" is barely distinguishable, and NASA is insisting, as always, that it is merely a pile of rocks with unusual shadows and not the ancient ruin of a monument face as alleged by Richard Hoagland, Dr Bruce Cornet and others. What strikes me is that the "new" pic appears to show the face as if a major sandstorm had taken place, or as if huge amounts of sand were deliberately blown over it to make its features less distinguishable. There are also some strange tracks around the face in the picture I was shown, that actually look like tire tracks. UFOlogists (including some associated with Montauk) have insisted for years that the "real" space program has actually established bases on the Moon and on Mars. Well, now we know how the bureaucrats living in the Mars base spend their time-- playing in the sand!

Lawyers are already receiving mailings for "Litigation Summits" on the "Year 2000 Computer Crisis". Somehow, the Bar Associations think that they are going to profit greatly from the resulting many lawsuits. I suspect they will be so busy trying to figure out what happened to their money, personal financial records, energy and communications systems and food sources that they won't have much time to litigate. People are already beginning to remove their assets from Banks in the fear that they won't be able to do so later on! There is also much talk about a new flat tax system, since this could go into effect without being dependent on the old computer systems of the IRS. This is also why the IRS has been under fire lately! The excuse for the flat tax system will be to "eliminate the abuse of agents".

Mea Culpa! So, so sorry. We could not do a fall fest because too, too much has been happening. I returned, a few days ago, from Ohio, where Sound Health Alternatives held its annual conference. I witnessed miracles. Sharry has developed harmonics to nourish the regeneration of bones, nerves and organs. I watched a 19 year old quadriplegic (under Sharry's care for the last 2 years) stand up from his wheelchair and take two steps. While he can now swallow, he still cannot eat, but his sense of taste is coming back and he can finally use his formerly frozen hands to do sign language. I have no doubt that he will make it back all the way.

Gailann Greene and Jeffrey Lewis spoke at our summer solstice gathering. We were down in Warm Springs, Virginia in July, experiencing the wonderful 98.2 degree "Perrier" like water that comes out of the ground there in the Allegheny Mountains. Thomas Jefferson swam those waters and the buildings that house the springs are much the same as they were in his time. On the way home we stopped at the very elegant Luray Caverns. The caverns exit into a large shop with a massive stone fireplace in its center. On the fireplace was a bronze plaque, engraved with the following quote:

Sean David Morton is warning of a huge stock market crash in October that will take many banks, insurance companies and retirement plans, etc., with it. As we know, our market does not grow and shrink naturally according to free market principles. It is controlled by New World Order types and market crashes are planned to further centralize control over the economy and our lives. Those of you who meditate regularly and do field work should concentrate at this time on good times ahead, to balance the work of the anally-fixated who control things. Allegedly, things were set into effect back in April to guarantee a huge crash in October.

And talk about political machinations! Can you believe that people actually BELIEVE that all this Clinton garbage is really about sex and lying?!! What is actually going on is that the "Insiders" (there are no real Republicans and Democrats-- there are only Insiders and Outsiders!) are finding some way of getting Al Gore into office. They have been unsuccessful at making him appealing and "Votescam" can only do so much! Gore is alleged to be the Darth Vadar of the Banksters. They need him in office to complete their plans. If Clinton does not resign (and I think he will- he would rather resign with a stupid public adoring him than have his actual many sins made public!), they will begin revealing more so that he will have to leave office. Once Gore is ensconced in the Oval Office, he will appoint Jay Rockefeller Vice-Prez. Then, the "alleged Republican" Insiders will run Dan Quail and Jeb Bush against them. This will assure victory for Gore. Already, shows like Mad TV are doing "cutesy" Gore skits aimed at making him seem more human. The wonder here is that these "things" have not already "devolved" back to rock. The joy is in knowing that they eventually will!!

Are you doing your prayers and meditations? The Ring of Fire is particularly volatile now and needs focused energy to calm it. Write down your intentions for Mom Earth at least a dozen times a day to give them more power. Carina has been working at reducing the power of hurricanes. On Tuesday, with the weather channel on in the background, we watched the wind speed of Georges decrease as she worked! Focus on clean water and clean air and an acceptance of truth as it becomes more and more revealed.

And speaking of truth, many new books are coming out about early Christianity. Also, the original Latin, Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic books gathered together as the Bible have been undergoing new translations by modern scholars without political agendas. They indicate a very different story than the one Christians have accepted as their truth, and as these translations come out, along with the many books based on them, we are going to see dissension among the believers (perhaps this is why Nostradamus saw only one more Pope after the present one passes). Also, Laurence Gardiner's book, Bloodline of the Holy Grail details Jesus' and his brother James' genealogies (they each had several children) which cross with the Stuart line in Scotland. As a Merovingian and a Stuart descendent, I am now officially referring to Jesus as "Grampa Jesus," and I am meeting new "cousins" everywhere!

So much is happening as we approach the last year of the millennium. We seem always on the edge of either a new golden age... or a world-wide calamity! Exciting amounts of extraordinary information is continually becoming available on the internet and other communications media (check out Nexus magazine's site -- http://www.nexusmagazine.com/ -- for astounding exposures. New understandings are being developed of the hidden part of social, philosophical and metaphysical history of the world. This ferment of ideas truly shows that there are no secrets in the new age! Will the new millennium usher in the collapse of civilization because some programmers forgot that years have four digits? Bill Gates says probably not (but, there may be some "glitches") while some who we respect greatly are literally heading for the hills... We must be living through a major watershed, since the sages and seers all see differing, and often mutually exclusive futures! With such possibilities open to us, surely, the choice is ours!

Meanwhile, Rev. Caroline Bayard, Northeast Holistic Center in Essex County, continues to gain recognition in the alternative field. She continues to teach in local colleges and her course in aromatherapy is being certified for adult education. She has also been asked to join the Bergen Record's new advisory council on alternative healing which will be giving focus to a new alternative publication being planned. Paul Edgar was both friend and teacher (but not always both at the same time!) to a number of our communicants. His untimely passing last year left us grieving, although we knew that his adventure was just starting! Paul had planned to work with us on the Instrumental Transcommunication (ITC) project we had been discussing for several years. His nudges from the other side have become quite insistent of late; one friend helped fund the needed equipment while another donated a TV and we added an IBM 386.

While people have used equipment to attempt to capture ghostly images for over a century, ITC started as an experimental discipline in the 1950's with some mostly German experimenters, led by the legendary Dr. Raudive, with reel to reel tapes. Today, coordinated over the internet and through an international newsletter, experimenters around the world are receiving astounding images and sounds on video tape, computers and over radios and TV's. Those of you who feel positive about this work are asked to send your good wishes, as intent appears to be a major ingredient in good results. Those of you who are skeptical are asked to suspend your skepticism, or to ignore this project completely. We will, however, report back any communications we receive in the next bulletin.

We are extraordinarily saddened to have learned, as this bulletin was being prepared, that Maryann DeStefano's ten year old daughter Katie died suddenly last week from a brain aneurism, just a few weeks after she and her family had moved to New Mexico. We feel Maryann's devastating loss and pray that the healing she has brought to others may be hers now in her time of grief. We loved Katie very much, as did all who knew her. She will be greatly missed. Memorials are being set up for her at the school she attended in Westwood, NJ as well as at a children's center in Santa Fe. As you can see from the above, it has been a very emotional week for us. There are some good things happening worldwide, however. A CBS tv news item on November 5th reported that Sloan Kettering had finally given in to pressure and tested an ancient Chinese cure for leukemia-- arsenic! --on a group of 11 patients with advanced leukemia. The arsenic was fed as a slow drip (like chelation therapy), and the patients were carefully monitered. 10 of the 11 went into complete remission. The remaining one is still being treated. A follow-up article was to appear in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Last month, Sharry Edwards, www.soundhealthresources.com, was surprised to open the door of her office to greet two cameramen with huge TV cameras, a director, and an entire TV crew. They were from the European TV show, Natural Mysteries, and said they had been following her work and wanted to follow her around for a few days to tape a show for their Innovations series. Sharry agreed and filming began. The Director was so overwhelmed by what he experienced that he became very emotional on the last day of filming.

Richard Hoagland and his Mission Enterprise group, www.missionenterprise.com continue to astound us with up to the minute data regarding all things strange in the heavens, and as reflected, on earth. The Pegasus Sound is among these, a steadily decreasing frequency being beamed toward Earth from somewhere toward the constellation of Pegasus. Such a decreasing frequency can mean that the source is coming toward us, even decelerating. What "apparition, its time come 'round at last..." will help us greet the new Millennium? Have you seen the "chemtrails" - contrails? About six weeks ago, Art Bell, www.artbell.com, began announcing that contrails (the white evaporating "tails" emitted by jets) are appearing in increased numbers around the country. Further, they appear to be the artwork of "freighter" jets which crisscross each other to form sky grids. Some of these white grids fall to earth where they dissolve on the ground. Others expand, forming clouds which fill the atmosphere with a substance that sends hundreds or even thousands below rushing to emergency rooms with all sorts of problems. Tests done on the oily substance picked up from contrail drops indicate a pesticide (ethylene dibromide - "EDB") and a carcinogen that was banned in 1983 that wreaks havoc on the body. Just what 'pests' are being eradicated?

The sickness that results from contact with contrail substances has been described as both viral and bacterial and is very exhausting and debilitating. Bronchial infections, ear infections, fever, nausea and aches and pains are common. Some organ damage has also been reported. What to do? Normally, I would recommend meditations to nullify the effects of activities such as this. And while I do not believe in initiating aggressive behavior, I find this assault just to "unsportsmanlike" to ignore. You must search your own conscience for answers, but I find no problem with "sending substance back to source". In other words, use those powers we all have, to send these substances back to those who are sending them out, so that they may experience the wonder of their own creation. Just be sure you do it "with love"....

Remember the late Dr Hazel Parcells? She died in '97 at the age of 107, alert and working right up to a peaceful passage in sleep. She was a pioneer nutritionist and mystic. She claimed to go in trance state to classes taught by Paracelsus. Many consider him the Father of modern biochemistry- he died in 1541). There is a Parcells Center in Santa Fe N.M.. I believe the Number is 800-811-6784. Anyway, Dr Parcells recommended the following baths: (1) for radiation detox (lack of oxygen, etc.) fill the tub with the hottest water you can stand and add 2 or 3 lbs. of Arm & Hammer baking soda. Stay in the water until it cools down to body temperature. Dr Parcells claimed that this would neutralize radiation, x-rays, etc.. (2) to neutralize hard chemicals, sprays and poisons from the body, the same hottest tub is used, but with one cup of plain Clorox bleach instead of baking soda.

For anyone who needs proof that we can and do control our physical substance with our thoughts and emotions, a convincing video is available. March 1997 Amateur Radio Today reports an experiment - 25 years ago - by S P Shchurin of the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Novosibirsk, Russia. Two identical tissue cultures were placed in separate glass jars and one was infected with a virus. As expected, the second uninfected tissue remained unharmed. The experiment was then repeated, using a quartz divider between the tissue samples, instead of glass. Only one culture was deliberately infected, but the virus was able to travel via UV light to the other culture. In 1994 (at a Global Sciences Congress) Dr. Laurence Perry of North Carolina spoke of viruses passed by frequency through television and radio from satellites above. There may be a mechanism using quartz (for ill instead of good) frequency generation which can accomplish this nefarious assault. If the "powers that be" wanted, such technology could be beaming health and intelligence, instead!

As you all know, Viagra (the drug that increases blood flow to a man's brain!) has killed dozens of men. Yet it is still on the market. L-Tryptophan has never hurt anyone, but was banned by the Feds when the adulteration in some from Japan caused a death a decade ago. While you can't get L-Tryptophan for yourself, I am told that you can still get pharmaceutical grade L-Tryptophan for your dog or cat from BIOS Biochemicals, 8987-309 E Tanque Verde, No 340, Tucson, AZ 85749-9399 (520-577-4935). Call for a price list. It is illegal for these people to sell L-Tryptophan for human use, but you can purchase it for a nervous pet. Woof! Woof!

If you are using a Bob Beck Micro-Amp Stimulation machine, beware of the electroporation effect. This is where medicines, herbs, enzymes, etc. that you have eaten can have their effects magnified 20 to 30 times. Beck particularly warns against the use of garlic with his machine because it has sulfonhydroxyl, a deadly poison in it (it is used by organic gardeners in place of DDT). It used to be rubbed on bullets to insure death and it kills brain cells. Pilots are warned not to ingest garlic before flying since it slows down reaction time. Save garlic treats for when you are finished with the several weeks of treatment! Also, when you use a machine, a tiny bit of alcohol makes for a whopping hangover!

I had an incredible experience last night! Don and Carina Crosta gave me a "Visceral Massage and Structural Balance" session. Yes, visceral massage is massage of the internal organs. Normal "exterior massage" is wonderful. Visceral massage is awesomely wonderful! It is difficult to explain how it feels to have your kidneys, spleen, ovaries, pancreas, heart, etc., massaged, but when you are finished, you feel as though your insides have woken up! And that wonderful stretched out feeling you get in your muscles after regular massage extends all the way through you, to put it simply-- right through your gut! When women carry children, their internal organs get pushed around and tucked into corners so that the foetus can do gymnastics. Visceral massage practitioners push everything back to where it works best. It is a strange feeling having your digestive system moved back where it came from, but you feel very "centered" when the work is done.

September is nearly over and Nostradamus' "King of Terror" has yet to show up. Of course, because of calendar changes, some say the seventh month in the famous Quatrain was mid July through mid August, or that the "sept" in it may refer to September (which, in the old Julian calendar, means mid September to mid October), and Gordon M Scallion still says that this quatrain won't happen until October or November. I like author William Henry's claim that in Nostradamus' time and place, the word "terror" was interchangeable with the word "enlightenment" but much is also coming in about the return of "Jehovah" (allegedly a nasty alien, mistaken for God, who wreaked havoc everywhere he focused). While the toxic space probe managed to pass by safely, the Russian space station is falling apart and making its way downward, and then there is the Lee Comet. NASA states, of course, that we face no danger from this comet, but renegade scientists on the Web are screaming all sorts of alarming predictions. Nexus Magazine currently has an article by a Nostradamus scholar who argues that a piece of comet tail will hit the Atlantic Ridge in late September or October and raise 3000 foot high waves. Then there are rumors of a "killer" flare from the Sun, due in October, which will kill hundreds of millions. Others say the quatrain refers to Aliens who have been controlling our destiny, creating political and weather havoc on earth and then staging a landing and pretending to be here for "our good" (many would buy that in an instant!). Also, there are the solar storms going on and strange orange orbs seen shooting through evening skies out west and the possibilities seem endless.

Then there is the latest info regarding Earth's history and certain nasty, controlling aliens. According to David Icke in his book "The Biggest Secret", not only have the ruling politicos played "clawsie" with aliens, but many of them actually ARE shape shifting aliens bent on creating a "New World Order" here, under their control (A ceremony recapping the Great Pyramid is set for New Year's eve. This event is supposed to symbolize their complete domination over earth, and, since they are into Egyptian rites, it is meant to celebrate what they call the "Age of Horus"). Allegedly, they have inhabited certain bloodlines for thousands of years and have quietly been running things in their favor, creating diseases to control the population and wars and problems to control public opinion. They are said to be responsible for the mind control programs currently coming to light and, since they are reptilian and "eat humans", they are alleged to be responsible for many child abductions. It gets weirder. But if you want to actually SEE weird, go to the Denver airport and view the granite dedication stone (donated by a high level Masonic organization) that refers to a "New World Airport" and view the art with its "Nazi" flavor and themes in the concourses (One mural has three painted coffins-- one with a Native American girl, One with a Jewish girl and one with a Black girl and another is a very stiff painting of the children of the world coming together with their weapons and giving them to a blond, blue-eyed boy in lederhosen who is beating the weapons to plowshares as in Revelations). Remember, Denver Airport is alleged to be built directly over a 5 square mile underground Reptilian/Ruling Elite Base. Supposedly, Reptilians are very into ceremony, ritual and blood-sacrifice (guess who the lambs are!). But their reign is coming to an end, as the earth is beginning to shift its own dimension, and lightworkers around the country are doing their own work-- to counter any negative energies created. All is, after all, energy. All this makes me long for the simplicity of the 50s-- something I thought I'd NEVER say!! Read the book and draw your own conclusions. Or check out www.davidicke.com. On a positive note, Ralph, Drew and I attended Sharry Edward's Sound Health Conference in Ohio in August and were astounded at Sherry's "new revelations"! She introduced her latest research, including all sorts of patterned frequencies that affect everything from the Kreb's cycle, to the spine, to serious diseases! She also managed to grow "third teeth" in people when she was working on other 'parts', so she isn't quite sure just how that happened, yet! (though I suspect that I will get involved in that study) I will be returning to Ohio in November for more classes. Cable Television's Discovery Channel followed Sharry around for a few days last winter and they are presenting a special on her which we believe will air September 23rd. While the exact date is not certain, follow your local listings for this channel because you should not miss this one!

Due to a heavy September schedule, we intended to have our Autumn Fest on the first October weekend. When we were in Ohio, one of Sharry's students, Kathleen Nagy, (known as Kaj; this lady plays a mean French horn!) led us in one of the most incredible meditations I have ever experienced! We sat on a deck on a hillside in the early evening while she played a beautiful series of healing harmonies on her horn accompanied by voice and a crystal bowl. Kaj is classically trained and extremely creative. The work was outrageous and I hope she records same. Some of her earlier work is available on audio tape ($10 per tape, plus s&h). My eyes are always stressed so I was glad to see an article in Herbs for Health on "Berries for Better Eyesight". Berry "skins" contain phytochemicals call anthocyanins.
