Richard Koenigsberg

For the past thirty-five years, I have been writing and lecturing on the sources of war and genocide. My book, Hitler's Ideology, revealed the biological fantasy that lay at the heart of Nazism and the Holocaust. My research seeks to articulate the relationship between human motivation and cultural form, to identify the reasons specific ideologies and discourses exist—the root of their appeal.

Trained as a social psychologist with a Ph. D. from the Graduate Faculty of the New School for Social Research, I began my career as a college professor. Since 1975, I have been Director of the LIBRARY OF SOCIAL SCIENCE, a publishing and book-marketing company—considered by many to be the premiere firm organizing book exhibits for scholarly and professional conferences.

Currently I lecture and present seminars at colleges and Universities. I recently was keynote speaker at HOLOCAUST EDUCATION WEEK in Toronto. For information on my lectures, please click here or above.
