INTRODUCING



       Melanie S. Hatter is a graduate of Hampton University where she studied journalism. Her work has appeared in Papyrus Magazine, Emerge Magazine and most recently, in The Humanist. She has been writing all her life, including a novel, "Searching for a Rainbow."

       She says, "poetry is an extension of my inner self. When the words come all I can do is hold on and write them down."
