About The SilkStress

SilkCocoon is not technically a name, or even just a UserID. The term is taken from the practice of Tai Chi: it is an exercise, a description of rotational motion, a kind of energy, and much, much more. It became my handle a few years ago, and I've been using it ever since.

My writer's pseudonym is Anne Forrest. I've been writing all my life, sometimes experiencing spates of inspiration which last for years. Some of this output appears in the Silk's Archive area of this site. None of my work appears in White Wings, which is intended to showcase exclusively the work of other writers.
