Instructions: Click inside the table header
you want to select, then Click on Tables (In FrontPage Menu
Bar), then Select, then Table. When the whole table
is highlighted, use Copy (CTRL-C). Switch to the page
you want to work with, and place the cursor where you want
to insert the header. With the cursor in place, Paste
(CTRL-V).
