AVA uses IVV's achievement awards.  Here are pictures of event, distance and bicycling awards.  (Note: these pictures are not on either the AVA or IVV web sites.  They were scanned from a brochure so he colors, while faithful, may not be exact.  In particular the silver-colored awards are not as clear as the others.)

Event Awards:

Distance Awards:
