Well this just takes the cake

Anyone who still thinks the liar-in-chief is competent enough to be in charge of this country must have received a full frontal lobotomy. Not only is Iraq about to fall to pieces and descend into a Civil War, but the administration is handing over our ports to the country with the highest per capita participation in the 9/11 terrorist attacks! Now do people see what Michael Moore means when he says that Bush is just a tool for corporations to suck profits out of the country while chaos reigns - that neither he nor any of his co-conspirators care at all about the lives they are throwing away in the process? Unplug yourselves from Fox News, people, and pay attention!

What a sad day for this country

I hope everyone in America has finally opened their eyes to what a bunch of incompetent idiots we have running the show here. The Bush family are like modern day aristocrats, making ignorant comments and prancing around for the cameras, while the government fails the people and they die by the thousands. If they had a whole week to prepare for the hurricane, and couldn't even handle that, what are they going to do in the event of a biological or chemical attack? And the horrible comments coming from supposedly Christian, Republican voters - calling for all the poor, black people who were trapped in New Orleans to be shot, or celebrating the "cleansing of the projects." That is some real Nazi stuff, I can't believe it's come to that in this country!

I weep for the people

When I read the news I just want to burst into tears. Every day it's the same story: another twenty people or more killed in a suicide bombing in Baghdad, another oppressive law being proposed by the Republican Congress that makes a mockery of the Constitution, another lie coming out of the lips of a Bush administration official. All of this is always done using the 9/11 attacks as an excuse, as though they made the rule of law and the sovereignty of nations things of the past, and gave arrogant men free rein to do as they wish with the rest of us, who have the misfortune to be in the 48% minority of voters. Now Muslim women in Iraq will have fewer rights than they did under Saddam Hussein, after tens of thousands of innocents have died, thanks to the heartless and brainless scheming of greedy hypocrites - how dare they do this in our name!

Karl Rove is a big, fat meanie

Can you believe the awful things he said about us liberals? He's implying that just because we're more humane and caring than conservatives like him, we don't support our country and are some kind of threat to national security. What about the fact the after 9/11 the entire House and Senate resolved to use force against the perpetrators, except for one lone dissenting vote from the left? Liberals were united with conservatives behind the war against the Taliban, who we all agree were responsible for sheltering Osama bin Laden. But then Bush had to go and start an illegal war against Saddam Hussein, and now Karl Rove has to try and cover for him by blaming the mess he created on us liberals. What a big, fat jerk!

I love Michael Moore

He's the only one who tells the truth about this awful administration and its horrible lies. It gets us into this terrible war in Iraq over weapons of mass destruction, only to find out there aren't even any over there. And now 1600 of our brave soldiers have died over nothing! It promises tax cuts for the middle class, but actually gives them to the rich. It says it's going to get rid of welfare to make honest people out of everyone, and then just gives welfare to the corporations. Well, at least Michael Moore is telling it like it is, with his great movies. Why do Americans all believe Fox News and not him?

I fear for us all

It won't be long before our dooms are sealed. The Republicans are the most evil geniuses in history, and we only have ourselves to blame for their terrible rise to power. While fat, lazy Americans ride around in gas-guzzling SUVs and watch too much reality TV, they run the country into the ground to make profits for the oil companies out of the blood of our poor soldiers. And it's only a matter of time before they've established a Christian theocracy. All while the planet is warming up because we progressives can't mobilize the vote. What is wrong with us? I'm going to go cry in my latte now.
