MINIMIZING ALL OPEN WINDOWS
If you're one of those people who keep a lot of windows
open simultaneously, switching between one task and
another on the Taskbar, you might appreciate knowing a
quick way to minimize all windows at once on to the
Taskbar: I've learned about a couple of ways to do it.
One is to right-click on an empty space on the Taskbar,
then select Minimize All Windows from the context menu
that pops up. Another is to type <Ctrl> plus
<Esc> (that is, hold down the control key and the
escape key simultaneously), which brings up the Start
Menu, and then follow by typing <Alt> plus
<M> (that is hold down the Alt key and the M key
simultaneously.) The Alt-M is the keyboard shortcut for
minimize once the Start Menu is displayed.
