CASCADE ALL OPEN WINDOWS
If you're like me, you often have several programs open
at once, and thus have several windows open on your
Desktop at the same time. This can cause your Desktop to
become so cluttered up that you have difficulty finding
one of the windows you want to get back to (particularly
if it is not a program window, which would be minimized
to the Taskbar.) You could do the time-consuming task of
closing or minimizing any windows you can see until you
find the one you're looking for, or you can do the
following: right click on any empty part of the Taskbar
and then click on the Cascade option from the context
menu that pops up. Windows will now bring all your
windows up in a neat pile, one behind the other, with a
small part of each window visible behind the topmost one.
That is what "cascading" windows means. So,
since the title bar of each window can be read, it is
easy to click on the title bar of the window you want,
which brings it on top of the others, where you can work
with it.
