ADJUST SCROLLBAR SIZE

In Windows 98/ME it is possible to adjust the size of the scrollbars that are used in Windows Explorer and other applications. You first right click on the Desktop, select Properties from the Context Menu that scrolls up, and that takes you to the Display Properties page. Now click on the tab for Appearance. Click on the down arrow on the right of the field labelled Item, and select Scrollbar. Now you will be able to adjust the Size by using either the up arrow or down arrow.
