Task Bar Tips

THE TASKBAR PRINTER ICON

If you start a printer job and then start up another application while the job is printing, then you will get a printer icon on the task bar which remains active as long as the printer job is "spooling." You can double click on this icon on the task bar in order to do such things as: checking the status of the job, pause the printer or resume it.
